This is the best office I’ve ever been to. The staff here are amazing. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The hygienist frequently checked to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain during the cleaning. Both the hygienist and the doctor helped me understand what I need to do going forward and why, and I had quality conversations with both of them. If you haven’t been here before, it’s worth a try!

The entire staff at 365 Dental on Main Street in Norwalk, CT are amazing. The receptionist Sharon makes you feel welcomed when making your appts to Ruta explaining your bill and balances in detail. I’ve been Dr. Emilio’s patient for over 12 years. Dr Robert Emilio deserves a 5 Star Award and should be named the greatest dentist in Fairfield County. His years of dental experience is impeccable. Dr. Swanson is great and so gentle when taking care of you from day 1. Kudos to all the dental assistants who work tirelessly with these amazing doctors all day long. This is truly an amazing place to go for all your dental needs.

I have been going to Dr. Emilio‘s office for many years and it is such a great experience. Everyone is super friendly, the office is very comfortable and they actually make it a joy to get your teeth done. So much so, that I’m on the four month cleaning plan

I came back to this dentist, dr Emilio, because I was experiencing pain in a tooth that had recently received a root canal at the same office. I expected a thorough evaluation, but unfortunately, the dentist spent only about five minutes with me before saying there was nothing visible on the X-ray. He quickly concluded it must be a sinus issue (even though I’ve never had sinus problems) and referred me elsewhere, saying he didn’t have the tools to investigate further.

I left feeling dismissed and frustrated. After investing time and money in the procedure here, I’m now being told to go to another professional and pay hundreds more to figure out what’s wrong — potentially to fix a problem that started with the original treatment.

I understand complications can happen, but I believe a responsible provider should take the time to fully evaluate a patient and stand behind their work. I don’t feel that happened in my case.
