I went to Parkway Dental today dealing with extreme tooth pain, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. It turns out I need quite a bit of dental work, which was extremely overwhelming to hear, but the team there completely changed how I felt about it.

The hygienist was absolutely wonderful—compassionate, reassuring, and somehow made me feel at ease even with the news I got. She didn’t make me dwell on the bad, or make me feel bad because I was crying, but instead helped me focus on moving forward and taking care of things and moving on with life.

Dr. Baig was gentle, professional, and confident. He didn’t rush anything and explained what needs to be done clearly, which really helped me feel like I’m in capable hands. He was very focused on getting my pain under control which involves a few root canals, which I’ve never had done. He assured me I would be okay and had me schedule the appointments.
The woman at the front desk who scheduled my appointments was very friendly and giving me information about my insurance, which was very helpful.

It’s never fun hearing you need a lot of dental work, but this team made a stressful situation feel manageable. I’m genuinely grateful for their care and attitude—and I’m actually looking forward to getting started and getting things back on track. Highly recommend Parkway Dental!

Both my son & I receive services at Parkway Dental — I am so happy to have found them!
