I was scheduled for a 1pm cleaning and arrived at 12:44 pm. The waiting room had one person waiting when I arrived; shortly before 1pm approximately 5 others signed in all were called for service except for me and one other. Apparently, we all were scheduled for 1 pm. I waited for 15 minutes per sign on wall before notifying the receptionist that I had been waiting. She told me that they were running late and the room was being cleaned and that I would be call back soon. Forty five minutes later, after I stated that I would leave, I was called for service. Unacceptable.

Front office is excellent and few of the medical assistants were great but not the ones from my 2nd visit. Dr. Koch seem sweet and did a great job to me. But my appt to get my procedure done was the worst nightmare experience I have ever had in my life. Very unorganized and not even having the equipment set up and the 2 assistant were asking why I was there and told me a different price that I confirmed 3 times, including when I checked in that day and the assistant got beyond rude and would not explain why i was being told a different price and even came back and said it would be $400 more than the price that assistant told me in 1st place. I was supposed to have 2 teeth fixed and only got the one done due to the frustration and not being explained the price difference but to my surprise when I checked out that I paid half of what I original was told and could have got both teeth fix but I guess they do not care about customer service and business because they lost over a grand with me. Also called the office manager and left message and been close to a month and still have no got a call back. I will never go back knowing that I would might have to go through that again

I experienced discomfort following the placement of a crown without prior knowledge of potential pain post-anesthesia. Despite it being a Friday i had the crown put in and they being closed on weekend Dr. Cook promptly addressed the issue, resulting in significant improvement. I am grateful for the professional care provided.
