I went in as a dental emergency, my crown placed by a different dentist fell off and was causing pain. Dr. Ganesh was able to come up with a game plan for my treatment and get started asap and the office specialist I believe his name was Thomas, was able to get me on an affordable payment plan to make everything happen. Dr. Games was the best, he talks you through everything as he's doing it, he has a great flow with the hygienist they seemed very in sync while working on my tooth, and when my anxiety started to get the best of me he even did breathing exercises with me. I came here for an emergency but I will be a returning patient because of the amazing treatment.

High pressure sales and money motivated office. Pressured me to hurry for my son's wisdom teeth even though the ortho said there was no rush at all. Then they lied about the treatment plan for my daughter and used our insurance for the exam and cleaning then turned her away claiming she couldn't afford it even though I said I was going to help her pay- they said I would have to sign a paper agreeing to payment (even though she is an adult) but they refused her treatment even when we agreed to payment because they decided she couldn't pay. Ive never not paid my dental bill with them- the female dentist was nice and willing to work with us but the office manager and male dentist shut it down after we were already offered a plan- they changed it and refused her service. Highly unethical for a Healthcare practice- i feel sorry for that man's employees as he clearly mistreats women. Talks down To the hygienist right in front of the patients- as if she were a toddler. That office would be wonderful if the dentist running it wasn't the one in charge.

been calling for almost two weeks now for answers to questions on why i was asked for my debit card at the start of the visit, what i was charged for, where is the antibiotic two people reassured me would be put in for me but when i called not a single one was ever put in for me despite the agonizing pain i explained i was in, been calling about when and how to make my next appointment but the date the surgeon who was supposed to be there to perform my extraction has already passed and i still haven’t gotten a call or word back from anyone despite my numerous calls, i called multiple times asking for an email copy of my xray and still never received it. at this point i wont be returning to this dentist as i have been brushed aside too many times despite my patience and my over understanding of being rushed off despite my pain and urgency i explained i needed for the pain.

The doctor, assistant, front desk staff and hygienist were all very nice and appeared to be effecient however when it came to the treatment plan it felt like a high pressured sales to get me scheduled even after I stated I had a migraine and didn’t want to schedule at the time. I was told I needed a saliva test to determine the bacteria in my mouth and the test would cost me $200.00. I later discovered the test is not FDA approved which I’m sure is why my insurance would not cover it. The treatment plan presented to me had duplicate charges for crowns on the same tooth. For me this will not be my preferred dental office, I will seek care elsewhere.

They charged me almost 4k on my carecredit for a procedure that I didn't get done let alone I didn't even need. The Nitrous didn’t work on me so they referred
to a sedation dentistry. I found my own locally. I went that same day and I showed them what the previous dentist office was going to perform. Both denist were shocked. I didn't need it. I paid a quarter of the price and I didnt even need half of the work.
Before I walked out of this office. The Dentist looked at me and said verbatim "they are probably going to save that tooth" . Red Flag
Long story short I had to call carecredit and put a fraudulent charge claim after calling for almost 2 weeks for that return and still nothing. The office manager was very nasty to me when almost mocking me. PLEASE get a second opinion. All.about money here. I will be reaching out to the BBB for this location. Check out the reviews below. It's an on going issue at this place.
