Pretty crummy the girls in the office have always been really nice. I have major copd can't breath oxygen 24 hrs. My friend takes me to my appointments in a wheelchair. When we arrived they told us I had canceled my appointment which I had not they send a text to remind you and through the text I canceled I have never received a text from them why they sent them all to wrong number. Would not investigate or recognize the problem while I was there. Pleading with office manager. It was nope and all along blaming me.not happy

Wonderful experience with PA Sanders. Front desk staff (Keisha) is always responsive, compassionate, and supportive. I’ve been a patient at the Monroe location for 2 years and it’s my absolutely favorite location of all their available locations.

If you need more frustration in your life, this is the place for you. The Monroe office is very disorganized. First, it is extremely challenging to speak to a real person. All incoming calls go to voicemail. About 30% to 40% of the time, someone might call you back. You may get a call in 7- 10 days for biopsy results and then again you may not. In my case, I had to call them. Second, it’s extremely hard to get an appointment for surgery. The doctors are backlogged. It took me 7 phone calls to arrange an appointment to have some skin cancer removed. The day of my appointment (while I was driving to the appt ) the office called and cancelled. I then received an electronic message telling me that I was a no show and that I needed to call to reschedule. I called 3 times to reschedule and no one called me back. Two months after diagnosis, I still was living with the cancer. I gave up and went to another dermatologist. Exhausting!

I wouldn’t even try to make an appointment here as the provider calls out sick everyday and your appt will be cancelled without notice. I have taken off work twice, just to show up and they state I can’t been seen because of a call out. A text message letting patients know that their appt is cancelled way ahead of time would go a long way! I will not try to be seen at this practice again and do not recommend anyone else trying to go here either.

HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE! They don't answer the phone, they don't even know whats going on half the time, I learned that the TWO TIMES they failed to respond to PA request in a timely manner. So since they didn't I had to take my daughter back multiple times to get another RX as the RX she needed is only good for a few days! So I did that. They billed her insurance of course and got paid! THE MANAGER set up me another appointment for another 30 days away as we had to wait 30 days. The VERY NEXT day her staff calls me to tell me they are not taking her insurance any more. DO WHAT! Right in the middle of her care, she is now IN PAIN, and I cannot get her seen! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! Not even for a mole check! OR anything!

I do not understand why this staff is still so scared of covid? They made us wait 30 days to reschedule an appointment from when my child had a 24 hour stomach bug. Also how can you look at his face when he is wearing a mask and you will not remove it to see if there has been any improvement from the meds he is on? I watched a child with her mother with a pacifier in her mouth maybe 2 or 3 years old and the lady behind the window forced the mother to put the mask on the child. The mask was entirely to big and we all had to listen the the child yell she didn’t want to wear it even though it kept falling off. The guidelines have changed then it’s time for the office staff to move on for the fear mongering and get back to doing their job CORRECTLY by looking at the patients with out the mask if the area is on the face that needs to be looked at

Today my wife drives 40 minutes for an appointment she made yesterday for our son. Upon arrival she learns because she did not arrive 15 minutes early they are canceling the appointment because all new patients must fill out paperwork. Unfortunately that was not conveyed to her yesterday when she schedule the appointment, and they refused to let her complete the paperwork while they saw my son. Bottom line don’t trust your skin to a group as unprofessional as this.

Only gave one star because you have too to write a review made appointment here was told to come in at 930 for new patient paperwork girl at counter was kinda rude at first telling me to stop signing in i dont see your appointment come to find out my appointment was at 1050 why did yall say come in at 930 thats ridiculous then people were coming in late for their appointment and still getting seen people with new appointments getting called back right away while they were waiting on the late appointments i could have been seen i left wont be back be ware this place is ridiculous!!
