I love it here! The staff is always friendly & welcoming. The owner is very knowledgeable & knows most of the patients. My daughter looks forward to seeing Ms. Kayla & Ms. Kierra every week! Front staff is always amazing!!

I love this group. They really helped my daughter Yvonne Rae! Due to COVID it messed up but they were persistent on communication and I wish I could of stayed but finally after myself learning the exercises that she needs from her therapist during this time, she is almost walking I bet they would of been had her walking, pulling herself up all day, slowly moving all around the floor, y’all know her safe place was the bed but she getting used to hard services but I’m glad she’s still making progress after not being there for months. I’m so happy and I miss you guys!!!! I highly recommend!!!

The staff is wonderful. The owner has been working with my child since she was a year old. She helped me thru the process of services my child was eligible for and is very accommodating when I need to reschedule appointments. The staff is patient and hands on and I love they take time to treat each child with respect

Amazing people with lots of compassion. They always call me to update me on cancellations so I can bring my son. My son was born at 25 weeks so he’s had his challenges and I’ve seen major progress since bringing him here !

Our first visit there was great, the receptionist was nice and the therapist Kiara was so kind to my family and very knowledgeable. Today October 27 @ 12:00pm I got the most disrespectful treatment that I have received in a while from anyone, I called to reschedule my sons appointment because he is a special needs child, I also am disabled myself. I called an a lady name Denise answered the phone and she got nasty with me because I wanted to reschedule a hour before his appointment time, and raise her voice and acted as tho she could careless if they loss my business. She was talking to me like a child, I thought I was being kind by giving a hour notice but she was mad and rude saying it’s supposed to be twenty four hour notice well excuse me if I can’t predict when my child nor I will be sick and being that Covid is still at a high I would think that she would have wanted me to protect other families from what could possibly be just a cold or could be Covid. I asked her was this her business and she said no, I think that the owners of this business would be very upset to know that you are speaking to their patients parents like this. Yes I would have called 24hrs in advance had I know that vomit and fever were going to be involved today but being that I didn’t expect anyone to be sick then her choice of words, and attitude and hanging up on my should not have happened. The way she acted was very unprofessional and then when I called back to speak to management she wouldn’t answer my calls. But next time I come for a visit for my son I will be speaking with someone about this matter. The reason I gave the whole business a two is because the person answering the phone sets the tone for the entire company, and I hope that she is not a family member sabotaging someone’s business. I’m sure that they don’t know she is behaving this way, because she was acting to cocky, like she can’t lose her job.

The owner (a Jamaican guy) of the facility is extremely rude. There are not many options regarding OT in the area, but I would not recommend this place. It has surely gone downhill.
