I have been coming to Dr Leo for years since it’s close to my home .
The lack rudeness towards clients
And employees is beyond the line .

I called to reschedule my appt due to personal reasons and he went off on the phone . Myself as client and business owner I always look for customer service and he is no where near capable to understand what that even means .

Yelling at employees in front of client is out of line ,
You cannot talk to employees/clients and others how you speak to your family at home .

Lack of service and extremely rude .

I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Rudoy, he checked my teeth and said that I had cavities that had to be filled in fact I had 3 cavities. During my visits he got a cancellation call and asked if I wanted my cavities to be filled right away so I would not have to come back I thought to myself well why not, so he did my fillings, I didn’t feel no pain he is very gentle on your teeth and is always making sure your feeling good he always was asking me if I was ok during the whole procedure. His staff is good as well they make you feel welcomed and are very informative. I recommend anyone that needs to see a dentist to make an appointment with Dr. Rudoy you won’t be disappointed. Thank You for all your great work!!!!!

The worst dentist! One of the worst experiences I've ever had! His receptionist is nosy too!!( yes I'm talking about you Lisa!!)
Just as I was about to give my long review about this horrible experience there was another patient who went through the EXACT same thing!! Please read the review by HappyJack Jackson. If that wasn't bad enough, when my younger sister had an appointment with him, he commented how beautiful she was and how he wished he was 10yrs younger🤮 he made her feel so uncomfortable!
I've never given a review before much less a bad one but I believe people deserve to know how unprofessional this man is especially if you're paying good money! PLEASE, PLEASE do your research on finding a good dentist and I pray this review helps you, I wish I would've done my research cause now I'm paying the price.

Dr. Rudoy is a very professional, kind, and careful dentist. He explains everything that needs to be done very clearly so that you understand what your issues are. The work he does is the best! Also, Dr. Rudoy charges very reasonably so that finances don't keep his patients from getting their dental care. My daughter and I recommend him highly.

All of us have different experiences and different sense of humor. But when I read previous review, I thought that I had to add mine. Both, myself and my wife have been using Dr Rudoy for many years. We also entrust our 3 kids to him snd his team. They are always flexible with scheduling and professional in handling our billing question.

if I could I'd rate him zero, or even minus 5 stars

The worst dentist experience ever. Never before have I had a dentist (or any doctor) be so rude and downright cruel. He knew I had fear but told me I was being foolish, then scolded me for crying and smacked me on the mouth (yes, smacked me on the mouth), and though he had told me to raise my hand if I had any pain, when I did so he told me if I moved he'd cut my tongue out and it would be my fault. I'm not making this up unbelievable as it sounds it really did happen.. Not only that, he left one cavity drilled and unfilled.
And by the way, I am an adult, and he claims to be a pediatric dentist... the most sadistic uncaring pediatric dentist ever perhaps... I ill NEVER go back, and God help any poor children and their parents if they mistakenly believe this "man" wants to help them
