The DFW security experience was incredible from start to finish. Easy sales and quote process with a genuinely polite and not pushy customer service/sales rep. Account set up and financing was super quick and simple with their office team. Johnny with DFW Security was incredible and had our system with cameras and all equipment installed in 2-3 hours. After I found a small issue he even came back to make sure our smart deadbolt lock was functioning correctly the same day! Can’t recommend DFW Security enough.

Johnny with DFW security did a great job on our home security system. He arrived 10 minutes early and got straight to work. He communicated throughout the entire install and also made me aware that each bedroom needs a smoke detector because in the event of a fire the home owners insurance may not cover the home in the event of a fire if those are not installed. He walked me through using the app and panel and made sure I was 100% satisfied.
