So thankful we have this place in Dillon, especially when my son gets sick on weekends . Have used the urgent care many times and have always had good visits. Today was no different. My son had a 104 degree fever, was feeling very bad and is asthmatic . We told the front desk what was going on , and we were seen immediately. The nurse and PA were incredibly thorough and helped my son get the treatments he needed ASAP. Highly recommend the facility for your urgent care needs .

I brought my 17 month old son, and had a great experience from start to finish. The ladies working in the front I believe their names are Lisa and Melanie… were beyond kind. At check out, they give my son a small teddy bear, which she still carries around with him. The technician that brought our son back was extra gentle while he was crying and gave him stickers and blow up a balloon to try and cheer him up and Callie the PA was very knowledgeable. I don’t typically go out of my way to write a review, but this office was the went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable at the doctors office. Thank you again and he loves his teddy bear.

I needed a routine physical for work and did not have a primary doctor in Summit, so I booked with Dr. Omeara as she was covered by my insurance. The check up was ok, it wasn’t awesome service but I just needed the paperwork done.

The issue I’m having is with billing. I asked if I had a balance at the front desk when I was done. They said I was all good. Then 3 days later I get a bill in the mail for my lab work, and it was not adjusted for my insurance coverage. I get 3 more mailed bills before Colorado Mountain Medical posted my bill on the app adjusted for my insurance coverage. I paid that instantly, yet I am still receiving threatening letters from the lab company with an unadjusted lab bill.

I’m not sure if the staff is slow with their paper work or they are just a part of the scam, but I wouldn’t go here. It’s shady and I’m sure there are more professional urgent cares around

Sharing some gratitude for Dillon Health. I experienced a medical emergency when i took a very jarring fall up in the hills on 6/22/24. Trevor and Megan helped get my knee cleaned up, stitched up, and took time to assess various other injuries. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgable. They also helped calm my nerves amidst the emotional response to a a serious injury. Grateful for their care and attention, I think they’re both great advocates for the mission at Dillon Health.

Charged me 240 for a flu test without letting me know, and are unwilling to work with me on the bill that is overall much more than 240 dollars. Criminal, price gougers.

I tried to take my infant here while on vacation, following recommendations from her pediatrician. Spent about 10-15 minutes getting registered only to be told that they wouldn’t take my insurance because it was an HMO and that I would need to self pay. Let the receptionist know that I do not have an HMO plan. She said they were unable to help me. Called my insurance and verified I do not have an HMO. They recommended another urgent care to us. We were seen easily by another urgent care in town. I wouldn’t waste your time starting here.

I Waited for over 2 hours to be seen at the Urgent Care for a persistent cough. Was told there was only one doctor in for the today, no problem, I understand that. However, i Witnessed another patient check in immediately after me for a hernia be taken back, seen and left the office before I was ever seen. Another patient who was there for an elbow injury checked in 25 minutes after me, and was seen and left before a physician ever came to my room.
