Please don’t let these clowns diagnose, treat or care for someone you love. It will end very badly for the person you love. They ‘guess’ and try things that make things worse. They don’t ever address the main issue. Please go somewhere else.

If you call and cancel an appointment with a receptionist, they don't bother cancelling the appointment and then want to charge you $30.00. They can keep their charge and I will find a more competent Dr office that knows how to handle patient care and billing properly.

Be Kind

Gone there for over 20 years. They’re always fast. Kind. And accurate. No idea why there are a handful of had reviews stating otherwise. A lot of friends and family go there as well and all are extremely pleased. Guess you can’t please everyone

Saw Dr. Khan this morning. By far the worst doctor we have ever seen for any issue! Not thorough with basic patient care. No empathy. Acted agitated. Felt totally brushed off by her. Normal doctor is Dr. Patel and he is fantastic! Will NEVER see Dr. Khan again!

Terrible experience. They would not release my daughters medical records bc "we were no longer patients" based on the transfer of records papers I had to send 6 separate times. So they'll drop you and try to tell you to go through a third party. My new doctor had to call and argue just to get them to fax her immunization records. I don't know why anyone would work there with how terrible the moral is. If you are able to talk to a human on the phone they will tell you how terrible the other employees are and that's the reason it wasn't taken care of. Yikes.

I have been going here since I was a child but I'm just about over it. I have been in pain for about a week. I had concerns about my medication so I spoke to a nurse there about my concerns. Too busy looking me up and down as though something was wrong with me and then speaking to me as though she was annoyed. I mean congrats on your degree(s) ... but it still didn't give you the right to be an a$$. Humble yourself and do your job.

Was never told when first started going there, that our child had to go every year or they would be dropped from their system. This is supposed to be a family doctor that people can go to for their children when issues come up that do not warrant and er or med express service. My son is heading to college needs 1 shot updated, but because he hasn't been seen for 2 years, he no longer eligible to be seen for the shot. He is still in their system, but no longer a patient. Must be nice not to want to have a paying customer that they can afford to drop a patient from being seen. I do not recommend anyone going to this clinic because the staff is crazy. Doctors may be good, but it takes the staff to keep it running and getting bills and pay checks paid by paying customers.

Called in to get meds and set a appointment due to having to cancelling my last appointment from losing my insurance at the time. Lady told me I was discharged? Rattled off two missed appointments this year and two last year then gave some line about missing 3 in a calendar year makes you discharged.

If that was the case I would of never had my last appointment. She didn't even care to look into it and simply said I'd have to find a new Dr. Such bad treatment for a long time patient.

Only good Dr there was P.A. Whaley anyway. He would listen to my problems when O brought them up, all the others just shrugged them off.

Do not recommend to go to anyone but him and don't expect decent care from the staff.
