Although I love Dr. Doxy and have used him for years and years and years. Today I had a very unpleasant experience with his receptionist, Sheri. We booked an appointment and we were told as long as we were there before 1130 we could be seeing the same day. My daughter, left her car keys and could not make the appointment so she called me in which I left work from Sacramento to pick her up in Lodi to bring her to the appointment. We would’ve been five minutes past eleven thirty . she called at eleven 15 To ask where we were and I had told her on the way and she said we needed to be there at 11. She asked Dr. Doxy. And he had another appointment and was unable to see us when asking to reschedule. She gave us option for Monday in which my daughter told her she had to work all day and could not make it in. She did not give us any times for a Monday appointment and then proceeded to hang up on us. The office is supposed to be open on Fridays until 12 o’clock when I called back no answer and the office is now closed so we couldn’t even book an appointment. Very bad customer service from this lady. Like I said I love Dr. Doxy, but when it comes to getting into see him on an emergency and situations like this happen it’s very unprofessional. Not a friendly voice on the other line to a very frustrating situation.

I have delt with chronic back pain and headaches my whole life and doxey has adjusted me to where I I no longer suffer daily. Since I had such a drastic health improvement I decided to take my 4 yr old son that suffers from ear infection every time he gets sick. After a few adjustments my son is not getting the infections anymore! It's amazing. I truly would recommend this office to anyone. Amazing care from Dr Doxey and Mrs Shirley!
