He doesn’t care if you live or die. You’ll be lucky if you even get to meet him, I never did. His nurse downplayed my symptoms and referred me to a specialist who was just as unhelpful. I wound up in the ER where I was quickly diagnosed with a life threatening infection within 24 hrs. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I give this office five stars and 5.0 rating Kathleen is the most wonderful physicians assistant she’s caring I got nine referrals in 2 weeks. I highly recommend this office. The office staff have done nothing but help me, comfort me and be there for me. Appointments are easy just call . They’re very ,very ,very nice and very professional extremely knowledgeable. The doctors wonderful I have nothing but good things to say about all of the office staff.

Great experience. The Physician's Assistant and the front office are awesome. They fit my son into their busy schedule at the last minute and were able to do a video session after hours. I couldn't be happier with their extra effort to make my son feel more comfortable during his last couple illnesses. Thank you!

The reviews for this place are spot on. My insurance changed me to this doctor two days ago because I'm no longer a minor and my doctor only accepts pediatrics. Anyways i had an appointment for 3pm the staff said he was supposed to be back at 3 however its already 4 pm and no doctor. This guy obviously doesn't care about his patients and just cares about money. I went to use the restroom and heard the medical assistant pleading with him and talking with him like a child on the phone explaining that he has 21 patients today. This doctor is a joke. What a greedy guy that just wants money from the medicare system. He's letting his physician assistant do all of the work. This is my first time and I probably wont be back. How is this guy supposed to be my primary provider and I hear people saying "hes not hear again." See photos. Avoid at all costs. People are leaving. They are sick and need help. Shame on this guy!

I was under this doctors care at Fountain Valley Hospital. He came to see me at 11:30 at night, not during the day when you are awake. When I would ask the medical staff questions about what was going on with me they would say I have to ask my doctor. I would ask when he was due to come in and they would tell me he didn't come in till the evening therefore my questions went unanswered.
Since my release I have literally been calling his office daily to have him sign my disability claim form, his poor staff are continuously making excuses for him as to why it has not been completed. This doctor does not care what ramifications his actions have on an individual. His lack of concern has cost me and my family a hardship that we should NOT have to incur because he can't sign a form! I am sure I would have been contacted by his staff at the end of each work day, as they promise me they will, if I had not paid him!
If I could pick NO stars to post this I would have.

Dr. Boutros is great. I love meeting with him and he is always able to answer my questions and help me with anything I need. I trust him, and feel confident with his treatment and I am grateful to be able to call him my doctor.

The office is a bit busy at times, but aside from that I love the medical attention I get.

My brother, Donald Howard, died this week and this doctor (supposedly his doctor) who had been his doctor for the past 5 years has never answered any requests to sign his death certificate. My brother was in hospice with a company at Dr. Boutros suggestion. He never visited my brother, and was difficult and impossible to contact to change any of his treatment. My brother died thinking Dr. Boutros did not care what happened to him.

He was diagnosed in July with terminal cancer and he was seen only once in the last 2 months by this doctor. The hospice company could not get any response from him to help with his meds or make him more comfortable while he was dying. I was there everyday to be his advocate and only then did I get a response but never from the doctor.

The day before he died I was finally able to get additional meds and oxygen from the hospice when they figured out how to go to another doctor. Even now we are at his mercy to lay my brother to rest. He will not return any calls. Is this ethical?
