I love the Dr that I never get to see there is always a bunch of females there when Ive made my appointments I never get to see the Dr. and they have screwed up my meds and every time I call back up there they give me excuses instead of doing what the Dr tells them to do I asked once where is my Dr at they stated that hes not there hes at the hospital every visit I called in one day and asked for my monthly refills and the lady that answered the phone said she will have to approve them I asked her who is she ? she replied The nurse so now the nurse is writing scripts and not the Dr I think that's wrong I have been disrespected by this office and I am a care giver my self and don't wish to be treated this way

I have an infection,, that has been treated at this office before, all i need is some antibiotics for the infection. They wouldn't prescribe me the meds without paying $95
