After my son had a seizure I was referred to this neurologist. I’ve been going to this office for 8 months. Please search for a different neurologist. He will be at least 30 mins late to your appointment. If you have a seizure don’t bother calling the office they don’t have emergency appointments. My son’s medication is not working for him and it’s been 4 days and no response has been received from this Dr. I’ve been calling daily only to be told he hasn’t even seen my son’s chart. Save yourself the frustration, and anger… find another Dr.

Dr Syed is THE WORST DR I have ever been too.
He will not fill out your paperwork and he is definitely all about that co pay.
This has been the worst doctor that I have ever been to in MY LIFE! RUN!

I’ve been to two different neurologist and they only gave me medicine that didn’t really help. Dr. Syed not only gave me a correct diagnosis but also a better treatment. I have never felt better and I no longer have to depend on medicine for my nerve pain. They also have a cute coffee bar in the office as well!

Waited an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time and never saw the Dr. There was no hint of seeing him anytime soon. The staff graciously gave me a refund on my co-pay at my request but didn’t press to assist me with alternative options and I was already so flustered I probably wouldn’t have been interested making another appointment as I was ready to leave and take my pressing health needs to a different provider

BEWARE!!!! Dr. Syed is a rude and disrespectful doctor. So much so that he doesn’t even care to show up for your appointment. I had a 9am appt on this very rainy morning. My electricity was out but I made sure I was there before my appt time. I’m called to the back at 9:07, I’m told the doctor has not arrived yet “due to the weather” but would see me 1st! (I should hope so, I was the only patient in the building) 9:30 comes along and no one comes in. I step out of my room at 9:40 and ask if the doctor was in. She said no but she’d call him now to see where he was. She comes back to my room to tell me he was called into a meeting with another doctor. They could offer me no time or if he was even going to show up. Note: I have been a patient for several years. Never loved it there but never going back again. To Dr Syed and the staff: you’re dealing with actual people WHO ARE SICK!!! Have some compassion.

I had been a patient for Dr Syed for about a year but yesterday, was the last straw.
EVERY time I had an in office visit- he was late. Sometimes, I had to wait for two hour. HE literally has no regard for your time. Then every time, I had a virtual visit- he would disregard everything I said and rush me off the phone. Yesterday, I wanted for an HOUR and a half before I FINALLY had enough and said something to the receptionist who stated that he was with a new patient and that why it was take longer then normal. My appointment was at 11:30am and It was 1:00pm and still hadn’t been seen. I was for a patient for far too long but didn’t want the hassle of switching providers so give him the benefit of the doubt. His office requires no referrals which I didn’t even think of as a red flag. Do yourself a favor and get a referral from you doctor to send somewhere else. It’s worth the extra time and work, then having to spend EVERY appointment of his ALL day in the office.

I visited this practice today, and had a pleasant experience. I've read the reviews on here, and some are brutal, so I can only assume the office staff has been replaced. The staff I encountered today were pleasant and professional. Dr. Syed was great in my opinion too. I was in the office for about an hour and a half which is not bad for a new patient. I assume it does take a little longer when the doctor actually sits down with their patients and asks questions. To be honest, I have no problem waiting, as long as I get the same treatment. I feel like I did. If anything changes in the future I'll be sure to update.

As a new patient this office visit was extremely disappointing! Wait time "2 hours". Within that 2 hour wait the staff did not communicate that the doctor was running late, had an emergency, left the office...whatever. Finally the doctor walks in and showed no remorse or compassion for his lateness. He stated he likes to take his time with his patients which is absolutely fine, every patient deserves that attention. However, there should be a time limit knowing there are other patients waiting for that same attention. Spending that amount of time with one patient ultimately leaves the doctor rushing his time with other waiting patients. The back staff should never try and justify that long of a wait, no patient deserves to wait that long. When did this become the norm Front staff should mention the wait when booking appointments at least give the patients that courtesy.
