I was warned not to visit Dr. Hancock but I didn't listen. I went to see him and I brought my mri with me. Before he even would see me or even look at the mri he insisted on me taking an xray. I told them I didn't need an xray since I had a mri prior to my visit with them. He came in arrogantly and said I still needed an xray. I did the xray and was billed almost $500 with insurance plus almost $200 for the office vist. My mri cost less than 500 with insurance. (WHEN DID XRAYS start costing more than MRI'S) Then Dr. Hancock came in the room to tell me nothing new that my mri hadn't already establised he stayed about 5 minutes or less. I had to ask all the questions about my condition he just told me everything I already knew and offered surgery. Didn't even bring up alternative treatment. A complete waste of time and money. Please find a better Dr. To visit and learn from my mistake.

Dr Hancock was my Dr back in feb of 23 he done a total hip replacement and it got infected so it had to come out then my hip had to be put on a wound vac my whole leg busted opened well as it goes Dr Hancock was in My right hip 5 times since Feb 28 of this yr and got out of the hospital Oct the 3 rd of 23 I had septic stay away from him bad Dr bad bed side manner

Dr. Hancock saw my 96 year old grandmother today for a broken foot she sustained after she fainted at home and fell from bed. He spent a tremendous amount of time caring for not only her broken foot, but also her painful shoulder and back, neither of which the appointment was schedule for. He took time to explain things and happily re-explained them when she didn't fully understand. I have a doctorate in pharmacy myself, so I don't give out positive reviews on medical practitioners easily. This doctor actually cares and knows what he's doing. So thankful that she was referred to him.

I went with a friend to Dr Hancock office. I have never seen such unpleasant people in a doctors office before. Dr Hancock and the young man that took us back was rude and very unprofessional. He did not help her at all and just walked out of the room without answering any questions. I really hope she finds a
