The secretaries are very rude, they answer the phone and after they hang up they speak badly about the patients. They have a very bad attitude since they spend their time speaking badly about the patients. The doctors should put cameras so they can see how badly they speak about their patients. It's ugly that you go to a medical appointment and feel that when you leave they are going to talk badly about you.

He took out my daughter's tonsils and was fine. But when I saw him for my year round allergies he said you need to see a oral surgeon and didn't even look at my nose. Today I took my 16 year old son who had a allergic reaction to shellfish. The rudest dr I had to deal with. Kept asking so your here to confirm that your son who had hives has allergies to shellfish and what do you want me to do? I then proceeded to tell him that I'm following his providers and hospitals orders. And he said if it makes you feel better I can give you a epi pen and that's it. I mean I had to bite my tongue I've never in my whole life dealt with a professional who was as unprofessional as him. I kept my cool in front of my son. But I will never take him back and wanted to warn everyone else. It's unfortunate he the only local ENT around here, but if you can drive somewhere else and get a opinion elsewhere. He might be a decent dr but to me he has been far from it. His staff was friendly I'd give them 5 stars. And I've never shared a negative review but trust me i left just kind of shocked and upset.

Love this place. Doctor is amazing and staff are wonderful. I have been dealing with pain swelling in neck and head are NOBODY was taking me seriously Doctor Spillman told me he didn't know what was going on so he said all he could do was send me out for MRI and that caught a bunch of issues from enlarged thyroid and nodules to degenerative disc disease cyst on salivary gland and small infection in root canaled tooth. Thanks to Dr Spillman I am recieving the help I need.
