If I could give negative stars I would. Extremly unprofessional and rude. As a new patient you have a level of expectation and at minimum, the front desk would be somewhat welcoming, but not here! First words were "copy of drivers license, credit card and insurance card"... then the woman (Kathy) who called me back never introduced herself; I had to initiate the professional introduction you would again expect in a professional setting but she was snippy, callous and demeaning. I suffer from a disability that this office failed to accommodate and was told the doctor would not see me. I walked out without even seeing the doctor! The doctor didn't have the audacity to tell me herself!
Recently relocating from 12 years in Colorado I know what exceptional health care service is and everyone deserves it. Save yourself the time, aggrevation and disappointment, look elsewhere for a caring and compassionate caregiver because they are out there. Stay clear of this nightmare of an office at all costs.

This practice is terrible. I had trouble scheduling an appt with my regular gynecologist and was referred by my insurance because they accepted it. When I arrived, I was being seen as a new patient so I had to fill out paperwork. The only reason I'm giving this practice 2 stars is because they took me back quickly into the office. When I met Dr. Ranucci she was nice at first but then when I got to talking to her about my situation I could hear the attitude in her voice talking to me. Basically like she didnt care what I had to say.. this is upsetting because a lot of women want to feel comfortable and have a connection with their doctors and she is NOT at all someone to connect with. She rushed through the appointment and didnt want to let me talk. She spoke the entire time and I tried saying something and she kept talking over me. I'm very disappointed with my visit.. I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone who likes to feel comfortable and capable of having a genuine conservation with their doctor. I will not be coming back to that practice ever. I feel sorry for whoever sees her.

First time at this doctor as I got new insurance, she was the first to come up in my network search. I had a pleasant visit, she seemed extremely knowledgeable and I will see her again. I also recommend new patients to her if you are looking for someone new.

Doctor ignored my questions, rushed through the exam. Asked her to test for certain things, couldn't get ahold of her to get the test results. Asked her to look at my ultra sound she called me back 2 weeks later and left a vague email about it. Called today asked to stop in and pick up my medical records woman on the phone said it would cost 20 dollars! For records from just one visit. That is ridiculous I should not be charged to pick up my medical records. Then on top of that you have to stop in at certain times. Thats horrible. I'm going to report them

I have been seeing Dr. Ranucci for over 5 years. Scheduling is always a breeze, her staff is efficient and she has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her to anyone living in this area.

The elderly woman that answers the phone and is at the front desk, Ethel, is a horrid volatile nightmare to deal with in which became a deal breaker when I attempted to proceed with my appointment this past Wednesday! She was as nasty conversing as the look on her face was upon arriving after she rambled on about directions from Street rd, without even asking me WHERE I was coming from (Newtown Rd)! When I arrived, her look to kill sent shivers down my spine. The horrid glare and nasty attitude she gave me when I asked if she was the one I just spoke with sealed the deal for me! She didn't even answer my question, she just glared at me and viciously asked me under a sneering growl "What's your name"? I literally had given her my name a second ago on the phone while driving around the huge parking lot of several buildings, trying to find out which one they were in. How would anyone that went there for the 1st time KNOW which bldg a business is located when the address only lists the suite number? This nasty being stated "How would I know you are a new patient"? Are you flippin kidding me? I then couldn't find my ID card in my wallet, trying to remember what I did with it last.. the whole time she was starring directly @ me, with that vile look on her face! I turned away from her nasty self then walked out saying "I can't even look at you anymore". No wonder this location didn't have a soul in the parking lot and had open appointments the same week upon scheduling one! GET RID OF THAT NASTY WOMAN!!

This has been the worse experience of my life. from having surgery and not and being sent home after the procedure without even seeing the doctor to being treated for a yeast infection for three months until i insisted a culture for bacteria was taken. It was positive. I put a call in to the doc. and received a call back a week later and she said sorry but my chart was not in front of her. today I went to pick up my records and eileen at the desk yelled at me and humiliated me telling me i had nothing but complaints. she was a rude, mean old lady who should be ashamed of herself and fired immediately.
