Great reception service, awesome, helpful & understanding nurses, clean and safe facility. Dr. Underwood is great! He’s the only Doc I like to see, I’ve been seeing him for almost 5 years. Quick and to the point when it comes to regular things like refills, simple checkups etc. and really caring and helpful if he notices something irregular or you let him know about irregularities, he quickly orders lab work(which is in the same building) or has you referred when other specialty medical tests or treatment is needed. I always feel comfortable talking with him about certain concerns or questions I may have and he will take the time to explain and help in any way he may be possibly able to. Just all around easy going and pleasant visits!
The pharmacy is also great and having it there, right after seeing doc, is a plus!

I love Dr.Underwood. He's a no nonsense Doctor. He's been my Doctor for 12 yrs. And has always done right by me. I also love the staff Ms.Bonita, Doc.Jones on the Pediatric side Ms.Betty (ret.) (Vampire lady ) labs. I had my best ever mammogram there. Ms.Felica who is always friendly to me but more importantly to my girls & helpful. The wait time is sometimes a bit long but I wait cause I like Doc.Underwood for the previous mentioned reasons. I do not look forward to the day he decides to retire & hope its not any time soon.

I took my daughter to the urgent care bc of a staph infection
(self diagnosed )it was after normal hours to late to see her primary ph. We were imedeatly quarantined and forgotten about after two hours of sitting in a room alone we are seen for 30 seconds he said it was a bug bite and gave her antibiotics. The next day I take her to a REAL doctor and he instantly noticed that she had mrsa and that the antibiotics were not the correct kind.. I DO NOT recommend this place! Dont take you babies here. They do not care about them!!

Dr Underwood has the worst bedside manner imaginable. He treats his patients like animals and talks down to people as if he’s superior to all and they are simple unintelligent subjects and insults them without any remorse. The Hippocratic oath states “ ...above all do NO harm”. Apparently he does not realize that insulting people is harmful. If you have a weight problem it does not matter how you attained it or the underlying medical issues that you suffer from. You are simply fat and need to lose weight and , in his opinion, you’ll be fine. Good thing I moved to Oregon and found real doctors because my heart failure almost killed me. Now that I’m on the right medications for my conditions I’m 108 lbs lighter without surgery and my heart is getting stronger. Go to a good doctor!

This is the worst place possible. I go in to urgent care for respiratory issues and they ASSUME it's a panic attack. I'm telling this idiot of a P.A. That I have asthma and a history of bronchitis. I have a nasty productive cough. The P.A. Didn't even prescribed my cough medicine after I asked for the basic syrup. Then they said they will send it to my pharmacy and didn't. They sent it there pharmacy. I'm beyond pissed off. DONT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! If I could they would get a negative-3⭐️

Always worried when going to a new Dr.! I absolutely love Dr.Underwood...he helped me in sooo many ways! Loved that the lab and x-ray places were in same building oh and the pharmacy too!
