Dr. Dorf, his team, and the receptionist staff at VSO are the absolute best. Everyone is caring and attentive- a real rarity in medicine these days. Definitely see Dr. Dorf for your upper body issues and Dr. Seiter for knees. Dr. Gnirke for pain management is also kind and considerate!

Dr. Dorf and his team are amazing! Came in to see if my rt shoulder could be repaired from years of snowboarding improperly, I had been living in major pain for a few years, Dr. Dorf had to open me up and do some work in there but now I'm pain free and on my way back to a better season!

Dr Erik Dorf is an amazing doctor. His technical expertise is unmatched. His interpersonal skills are top rate. His surgery skills are the best. Such an impressive doctor and highly recommended.

Unfortunately I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Dorf as he has attended to my various ski injuries over the last 8 to 9 years. Always so professional with caring manors. My ski pole thumb injury was addressed with a plan and went with the least invasive. He does take time to ask questions about how you got the injury etc. We discussed the direction he thought was best, explain the shot, and with the 2 ft needle that wouldn't hurt and that I'd barely feel it. That was it! On time somewhat, in and out! Overall experience, seriously very good, the place is busy!. Even the two receptionist where very good at directing patients. I live with a hospital employee and she was so glad to hear about my visit from exray to bandaid. GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Dr. Dorf is professional and personable. He carefully listened to my concerns and addressed the issue. I have full confidence in him.

Vail Orthopedics is multiple levels above all others. Appointment times are actually honored!!! My appointment time was 10 am and they took me back at 10:03. This place is amazing. Dr. Dorf was professional and friendly. His advice: no injections, no surgery, just give it time to heal on its own. Clearly not money driven. I love this place. My wife does also. She has been a patient there.

Wonderful, smart, caring professionals. They are efficient. A great team, true to their word. And experts at negotiating w insurance companies when I had an out of state injury. They got same day anthem approvals for specialist care, MRI, and surgery, literally months faster than if I was in my State of residence. My rotator surgery was professionally done by a great surgical team, and at the 6 week recovery mark. My recovery is on track and going great.. And the billing specialists were great communicators, responsive and worked insurance miracles. High marks all around Thank you.
