Dr Brody and his staff are the best! My 10 year old son suffered for days with an in grown toe nail. Dr Brody was amazing. My son says he is the best Dr ever. His recovery has gone extremely well.

I went to see Dr. Brody a few times and overall was pleased with his services. He was a referral from a friend. Personable, loved the fact that his appointments ran on time, the nurses were all pleasant, experienced some immediate relief from pain, everything went well. However, after the pleasant office experiences it went downhill from there. I called prior to paying my bill to ensure all insurance charges were applied. They indicated I had a $60 credit on the account that hadn’t been applied yet so instructed me to pay everything in full less the $60 and they would take care of the $60. I have called 20+ times to get this $60 credit applied to make the balance $0. Literally every time I call they say they will have someone take care of it and call me back. That has never happened. And multiple people have confirmed this $60 unapplied credit. Today, I called again after getting another $60 bill. After 3-4 months of dealing with this someone told me that what I was told is incorrect, that I do owe the $60. They have had issues with a provider they were using posting things more than once and they are in the process of “cleaning it up”. So I do owe this money. They also indicated that someone called me roughly a month ago and left me a message about it. I don’t have a voice mail from her. However they said she did call and leave a message because they are careful about “documenting everything”. Which is interesting because they only have a record of me calling twice and I have literally called over 20 times to resolve this. I am paying the $60 - if I owe it, I will pay it. Although I unfortunately will never go back to this practice because of the frustration and time it has taken to resolve this. I asked if Dr. Brody could call me back and I was told “no” that he doesn’t deal with the finances. I said it wasn’t about the finances it was about customer satisfaction and the fact that he is losing a customer due to this. She said he would likely not call me back and wanted to set those expectations. I have never written a social media review or post in the past…. I articulated that I feel this is the only way he will truly know how his patients are feeling since they stated he would likely not call me back. I have to believe he was never asked to call me. Farewell Dr.Brody…. Thanks for the treatment. I hope other patients don’t have to go through what I went through with your billing team… it was beyond frustrating and time consuming.

Dr. Brody and Laura B. were great! Very patient and took the time to listen to my husband's 'feet challenges'. I didn't get the receptionist's name, but she was pleasant and worked with us on our insurance challenge as well. I would recommend Dr. Brody and staff.

I have only had the need to see Dr. Brody a few times. In my opinion, Dr. Brody is a good doctor. Recently diagnosed as a diabetic and referred to a podiatrist by my PCP, I will be making another appointment with Dr. Brody. I trust his judgement and he's very nice.

Phenomenal Doctor and staff. Came into this office on a shot in the dark, but they made me feel like a friend from the time I walked in. Very nice office, and the staff was excellent. Dr. Brody is very good at what he does. This is the only Podiatry practice I will use in the future. Highly recommend!

Dr.Brody is the best, his staff is awesome. He's the best podiatrist I have seen and I have seen several i have Planta fasciitis and within 2 weeks my foot is almost pain free. I will be going back.
