We've been looking for a doctor for my parents for some time now and boy! Did we luck up when we found Dr. Franco! He immediately knew my father had circulation problems in his legs and feet and sent him for several tests. The day he had his tests, Dr. Franco called and referred him to a vascular surgeon. In all my years, I have never seen a doctor so determined and focused on his patients. He also sent my mother for a test that I feel she's needed for years. His attentiveness to his patients is unsurpassed. If you are elderly and looking for an excellent doctor, my suggestion would be Dr. Franco. I give him the highest recommendation possible.

It’s sad when the office reflects poorly on the doctor. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and Dr Franco is great. His office however underwent some changes that makes me want to stay away. They are not friendly. They will call you and say you need to have stuff done that you don’t. You can pay your copay but will still be billed as if you didn’t. Most of Dr. Franco’s patients are elderly and would miss being double billed. When I was checking out I was notified I had a balance. I told the lady at that the desk that was not possible because I had Tricare and I pay a co-payment every single visit. In fact you can’t leave without paying. She just looked at me and said she will have some lady that works from home to call me. She never did. The next time I went back I didn’t have a balance so check out went fine. On my follow up appointment I had a balance again. When I was explaining the same thing to the lady in the window a man behind said the same thing keeps happening to him. He pays his copay then is billed again. This really sucks because Dr. Franco is a good doctor. He just seems like he doesn’t have control of his office anymore.

I been Dr Franco pt for years and one time i have to pick a paper there and in the front desk i saw This girl and was just sitting there and was in the phone and She was not doing Nothing and everyone else was busy on the phone. And the girl just saw me and ignore me, and i think one of the girls took the time to told the girl on the front to ask if i need something, and the girl ask me and i told her severe time and She still didn’t Here me at all. Ignoring that after 3 day i when again and i saw the Same girl and She was doing the samething on her phone, and ignoring me and the other patiens. And i saw that the girls told to her to ask what we need. Due to the othes were busy. And i think She have medical condition. Well the point is no matter what is your condition at least try your best to do better, and learn not to bee on your phone. Because i meet great people who try They best no matter what. And Dr franco office are great, i Love Those people.

Dr. Franco has been my and my wife's doctor for many years and we have been extremely grateful for his care. When you leave his office you leave with a feeling that he has not missed anything or rushed you through the process. I only hope that we can find a Doctor in our new retirement area that we are as happy with as we have been with Dr. Franco.

Dr. Franco was my mother's physician for almost 20 years. She passed in May, but Dr. Franco saved her life more than once. No doubt in my mind that we wouldn't have had as many good years with her without Dr. Franco's excellent care. He also takes care of my aunt, and the same is true for her. Very kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares for his patients.

My Father had his leg amputated from the knee down. His other good leg he has know feeling in. He can not get around on his own. His old eletric wheel chair he bought and paid for himself is not working properly and he now gets stuck in places around the house. We have begged Dr Franco's office for months to write a script so his insurance will get him a new one. Dr Franco's office refuses to help on this matter! I can not understand why they are treating an old disabled man this way.

Dr. Franco has been my Dr. for 14 years, best Dr. I have ever had. Everytime he has gone above the call to be sure my needs were met. Referred my wife also. Dr. Franco stopped her headaches where her previous Dr. did not. Awesome Dr.
