DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM!! There was a mix up on my children’s appointment time today and they both got there 15 minutes late. Instead of rescheduling they still accepted both of my daughters, which was appreciated however both children where done in 25 mins. Like what? How is that even possible? My daughters were not happy with their regular cleaning today so I decided to express my feelings and disappointment on the sloppy job they did today. Instead of Dr.Lo apologizing she decided to dismiss my children from being seen at her office. My children have been patients since 2014 never gave her any issues and this is how she repays us today. I will be calling my insurance first thing tomorrow to make sure she doesn’t get paid for those 2 visits.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED ON HOW SHE DECIDED TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION TODAY!!

Not only is Dr. Lo an excellent dentist, she is a very kind and caring person who truly cares about her patients. I've been seeing her since she joined the practice in Rocky Hill. She and her team of dental professionals want the patients to be as comfortable as possible. I've needed crowns and she is able to create them right in her office during a 3-hour appointment. She truly is an amazing dentist. And to quote my 6-year-old granddaughter who also goes to her, "Dr. Lo is the most gentlest dentist in the world. I love going to see her."

Dr.Lo is amazing at what she does! She had such a kind heart and truly cares about her patients! She does amazing work and explains everything she does as she goes! They took the time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had. It was super convenient to fill out all of my new patient paperwork on an iPad, too. I have lived in 8 different states and I have been to a lot of dentist and Dr Lo and her staff are by far the best and most caring dental office I have every had work on my teeth. My mother-in-law who is 92 just loves Dr Lo. Not only does my entire family like her and her staff so do the people in my office who go to her also.
