I never write a negative reviews,, but felt compelled to do so this time, since I always read reviews, especially when it’s something important like finding a new doctor.
I recently visited Dr. Morse (first time to a podiatrist) due bunion issues. I will need surgery- but I will not be using her. She gave me a cortisone injection before I left. I had excruciating pain on the drive home at the injection site, so I called the office. I was told the nurse would call me back before 5:00. At 4:30 which intense pain, I called back, the office was closed and I left a message with the on-call doctor - which was Dr. Morse. No one called me back, not even the next day. They called two days later to schedule surgery, never addressed my previous two clinical calls. So I went and got a second opinion at Village Podiatry where I was told
I should never have had a cortisone shot. Dr Morse told me I would need expensive custom orthotics made- which they make and sell in her office- my new doctor said they were not necessary once he fixed my bunions. Dr. Morse told me the bumps on the bottom of my feet are knots from torn ligaments - but in reality they are fibromatosis masses from Ledderhose disease- which she improperly misdiagnosed all together. Dr Morse said my feet were unstable, I can never run or do any type of high impact exercises- ever again. But my new podiatrist said my foot is not unstable, it does need correcting, but I will be able to run and workout up until surgery and once that foot is properly healed, I will be able to workout as usual. Dr. Morse was very gloom and doom, unresponsive to my follow up calls and would have had me buy extremely expensive orthotics from her practice that I do not need. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Can’t imagine her lack of follow up if I did have surgery with her.

I have been under the care of Dr Morse for a year for a chronic foot problem. Dr Morse has taken a methodical approach to treating this ailment. She listens well and examines thoroughly. Consequently, the pain is greatly reduced, and the function much improved. I recommend Dr Morse without any reservations.

I had bunionectomy done by Dr. Morse on both feet back to back at the end of 2023. She explained the entire procedure in details. Before my first surgery, she came to the pre-op room to make sure I was not nervous and to answer any questions I had. As I was being wheeled into the OR, I took a note of time. When I woke up after the procedure, it was 50 mins later. Just as she explained to me during my appointments. She stopped by again while I was in recovery to make sure I was doing ok and did not need anything. An hour after the procedure, I was comfortably at home. That same evening, dr. Morse called me from her personal phone to check on me one more time. I was shocked! She made me feel like I was her only patient and her top priority. I felt no pain at any point in my recovery, took no meds just ice packs and elevation of the foot. Six weeks later, I had my second foot done. Dr. Morse was as attentive and detailed as the first time around. Both incisions were tiny straight lines and seven eight months later, scars are invisible and my big toes are perfectly straight. No more pain walking or embarrassment wearing sandals! Dr. Morse is a podiatric genius! I am so glad I found her and would never trust anyone else with my feet!!! Thank you for everything, dr. Morse!!! LOVE my new feet!!!

I had a horrible experience with Dr Morse. She is not very knowledgeable and is dishonest. I have never had an experience like this and never write reviews but compelled to do so, so others do not have the same experience. Twice I was told I would not be charged for my visit because I was picking up my orthotics which I was purchasing through them and getting them checked after 1 month of use. For my orthotic pick up appointment, the Dr asked me how my neuroma was I said it was not any better from the laser therapy she did and she said she could write a prescription for a cream that would help so I said it’s worth a try. When I went to leave, I was charged $250. When I explained I was picking up my orthotics and told there would be no charge for the visit, the receptionist said because she wrote a prescription I now owe $250 ( which took her all of 2 minutes). The Dr should have told me this before she wrote the prescription. They then asked me to make my follow up appointment to check orthotics I told them I don’t want to come back due to my experience. The Dr and office staff told me I need to come back to get the orthopedics checked or they would not be covered under warranty but I would not be charged. I questioned it and they assured me. I went to the appointment checked out and they said no charge. Then I got a bill in the mail for $250 for that appointment. This is so dishonest and a total bait and switch operation.

Dr. Morse is the best podiatrist in Georgia. Her bedside manner is amazing and explains everything in detail. She cured my planters wart when no one else could. I know other friends and family members who have also gone to Dr. Morse and say the same thing. Definitely go to her if you have issues with your feet or ankles.

I had foot surgery for a bunion and hammertoe with Dr. Morse. It was a miserable experience. I woke up from general anesthesia during the procedure, which took longer than expected. My hammertoe was fused at the top joint but left longer than my big toe, which still causes me great discomfort today.
