My daughter got her braces on about 2 years ago and they are due to come off soon. We have had a great experience with Dr Lowney and everyone in both offices. My daughter is rough on her braces and they always fit us in when we need an urgent visit. Her teeth looked so much better almost immediately after getting the braces on--really can't wait for the finished result!

Terrible experience!!! My son started treatment and then there was a glitch with insurance. They cancelled all the appointments until it was fixed but it would have not been a problem if secretary had called my insurance. She relied on internet only. Because my son's treatment was delayed several weeks, I became upset. I complain on Facebook and now Dr. Lowney refuses to see my son. Unprofessional and rude. She even took down the facebook page to hide the truth.

Dr. Jeremiah Lowney did my husband's braces, and his daughter, Dr. Jennifer Lowney, has done all THREE of my teenager's braces and Invisalign. Jim, the office manager we deal with, is MORE than pleasant, always understanding with our schedule, and has helped us handle the complicated insurances, copays, and family payments we have had to coordinate in the last seven years. Our family is grateful for their office staff, as well as Dr. Lowney's gentle and kind approach to dealing with teenagers, who can be difficult. To be honest, I am shocked the other reviewer would comb the internet for ways to disparage this kind woman and leave so many reviews on so many sites. I Dr. Lowney cares about my family, so I am sure she cares deeply about her staff and probably didn't take kindly to them being abused by an angry customer. I wrote this review because I feel no one should make a decision about their child's medical care based on the inexperienced consumer who reviewed her. I wouldn't trust anyone else with such an important investment, nor with the care of my children.
