I absolutely love the Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery. When you walk in you are greeted from the beginning to the end. Dr. Paletta and his staff are all awesome! I was referred to Dr. Paletta after I had botched breast augmentation the year before. I was very upset and worried that nothing good be done to correct the issues. I was wrong. Both he and his staff were amazing. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He ended up having to basically reconstruct my left breast and and fix the right. I'm 4 months post surgery and amazed at his work. I'm very happy with my results and would recommend him to anyone. Best doctor and staff around!!

Dr. Palette is absolutely the best! I had Surgery with him and his team on Feb 27th 2023 and the results and follow up by his team has truly been amazing! Editing to add: I’m 4 months post op now and am loving my results. Dr. Paletta will be my go-to doctor if I ever decide to have plastic surgery of any kind again. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Paletta and his staff took such good care of me. My surgery was scheduled and completed in more than a timely manner and at only eight days post-op, I am more than pleased with my results. Dr. Paletta will be the only plastic surgeon I see from here on out if need be. The entire staff made this nerve-wracking experience pleasant.
