Mi opinion es que el doctor es muy eficiente y el personal. Mi padre es atendido muy bien y esta contento, pero el sistema telefonico no. Crea ansiedad, mucha ansiedad. No contestan el 79 % de las veces. Por favor mejoren ese sistema. Hemos estado esperando por espacio de mas de 20 minutos y luego la llamada se cae. Necesitamos alguien que conteste y no que mis padres tengan que guiar a la oficina arriezgandose en la carretera para obtener una respuesta.

Es un mal servicio y atención desde los doctores hasta las chicas!! No se merecen ni una estrella dos veces he venido y el doctor ni examen, tuvimos una hora esperando y ni habla contigo el doctor.

This office never picked up the phone. Even though I was 1sr on line , still nobody picked up the phone. I had to go to the office twice to setup an appointment, just because they don't pickup the phone. I think it's time to get a new PCP. I wish there's Zero as Rate , 1 is too much.

Can confirm, staff never wants to answer the phone. Dr.s and PA's are very nice, but good luck getting an appointment or getting ahold of anyone in the office for refills.

Definitely something is wrong with the staff at this place. None of the girls at the office want to do their job and when you step to the window they are all chatting from their desks. They never EVER answer the phones and god forbid you need a referral. The doctor and other provider are ok, but definitely what's hurting this place is the staff. The are very disrespectful, do not know how to do their job and feel offended when someone requests additional help. The billing people, BEWARE, they will charge your health Plan and also charge you via mail. This is completely out of line but since most of the clients are elderly, they don't even bother to look.

Very hard to get through anyone by phone, had to go in person to request an appointment. There always seems to be plenty of young women behind the counter but none of them help you or may not even speak english. This last appointment was a disappointment. Dr. Lopez spent just a few minutes and then was out the door. Didn't even address the concerns we came for. Nurse came in and didn't speak english, Dr. Lopez refilled all meds even ones that are no longer taken. Will be switching doctors.

Very upset with the office staff. I called two days in a row to find out test results, when they should be calling me to give the results. Nevertheless I sat on hold for an hour because they never answered the phone. This continued for the whole day and I never spoke to anyone. So today I called twice in the morning and finally spoke with someone the second time. I was told I would receive a call at 11:15am with my results. Well that never happened. I called the office at 11:25am to inquire about the results or the so called phone call that I never received, and was left on hold until 12pm when the call was disconnected and not by me. It’s time to find an office that cares. It’s a struggle every time I call this office.

Worst experience ever. I was assigned to Dr.Lopez by Humana, scheduled for my appt, for my health condition hemoglobin at 8, the afternoon prior to my appt, they just cancel my appt with no reason, offering me an appt almost two months later, having to pay private Dr. because I will have to wait until the first of the month in order to change provider,people who like to play with Pt’s health
