Didn't know he specialized in high blood pressure until I got there, had been looking for a primary care doctor but he only helps me with that, that being said I'm fine with that because that's one of my main issues I deal with. He was able to refer me to other doctors for my sleep study and mental health. He gave me a 2nd low dose BP pill because it's obvious that amalodopine doesn't work just by itself. So hopefully with this veggie diet with baked fish gets me the weight I need lost and I'm walking 30 minutes a day now to help. Because I stand on my feet all day at my job and that's bad for circulation so I need to walk it off. And all these negative comments about the reception lady, she's sweet as gold and very nice so I'm guessing it's not her, it's the people meeting the comments just being rude. Dr. Hamner is a good dr. The only issue is with the receptionist. She is the worse. If you have to speak with her which you will prepare yourself. She always has a attitude and talks to you so unprofessional. My sister is a nurse and she had to call the office for one of her patients. She immediately called me and said this must be the person that I was complaining about. She's the worse.looking through the comments the only complaint have been about her. Dr. Hamner please address her

I love this office. Dr. Hamner is an excellent doctor and answer all my questions, as well as advise me on what I need to do in order to be in excellent health. He's very patient and kind on every visit. His staff is wonderful as well. Deldra always cheers me up and make me feel comfortable. The phlebotomist is excellent. You won't feel a thing when she takes your blood and your wait time will be short. I truly recommend this office.

Dr. Hamner and his staff is always professional and has best interest of the patients. They make you feel at home. I APPRECIATE the care that they give to my mom who is a Alzheimers patient. I have been coming to Dr. Hamner for over 20 years and never been let down.

Very very disappointed. You need a new receptionist. I made my appointment a few days ago through Zoc Doc. I received confirmation emails and texts. I had to change the time of the appointment which was very easy to do, as my morning appointment went a little longer than expected. So I arrive 35 minutes early just in case for paperwork sake, and the receptionist said I don’t have an appointment. I pulled up my appointments and she said she sent an email regarding my appointment. I pulled up my spam and normal email, and there was nothing. I feel like she insinuated that I was a liar. I’m upset because it took a lot for me to come to the doctors, it’s been a long time since I’ve been to one. And then this happens. Don’t be on Zoc Doc if you can not keep up with the appointments.
