On my first visit. I was very impressed. He is very good. I have never had a problem calling the office or having someone return my phone calls. If you want to see Dr jones simply tell them . Very happy with his office and employees

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones for almost 30 years! I love Dr. Jones but his support staff is horrible. You call and the person who answers immediately puts you on hold without even saying a word. I requested a referral to a specialist last week for an appointment I had today. I called his office several times, the two times that I actually spoke to someone, I was told that they would call me back and the other stated she would have the referral emailed to me the same day. Unfortunately neither happened so now I’m stuck unable to go to my specialist appointment. The only reason I spoke with the second person was because she stated that she forgot to call me about some abnormal blood work from a lab I took almost a month ago. It seems as if no one in the office is doing their part to make his practice successful and it’s unfortunate because he is going to lose patients that have been with him for a long time. I was beyond upset with the mishandling of my requests and all the lady who came out to talk to me when I drove 30 minutes to express how angry I was said, “No one wants to work during this pandemic, so we are short staffed.” It doesn’t appear that the people in the office who are being paid to work are working either!

the staff is horrible, rude, money hungry. Told a blatant lie that the government states that i must pay for an office visit every 3 months if i want my prescriptions refilled. This is why the insurance company wants higher rates from the public, Dr. office fraud. These people are horrible. Every other month i get a bill for 5.00, they say it is an admin. fee. How can i owe you money, and not have an office visit. The Doctor has good bed side manner, and is proficient with exam. The office staff is rude, greedy, untruthful. I really wonder if this is a race issue. Most patients are black, all staff is Hispanic. These are some of the nastiest women i have ever had the displeasure of encountering.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Jones and his staff. They always work around my busy schedule and make sure I'm up to date with my blood work. I've never experience any unprofessional behavior from his staff. Glad to call him my Physician....

Poor Service
I was scheduled for a web consultation. Logged in at my appointed time. No one ever logged in. I called while wait was transfer to the voicemail 3x. Left a message still no return. A week later called 2x never can get anyone for service
This is why people don’t support business within their neighborhood the service is terrible.

I like the doctor, just not his staff. I had an appointment on March 30, 2016 and was diagnosed with the flu. Anyone who has had the flu knows that, you can out of your mind at the time. They say I had a physical scheduled on April 4th and didn't come in. They say I made the appointment on April 2, which was on a Saturday. They aren't even open on Saturday. If I had the flu on march 30, I still had it on April 2nd. Why would you want me to come to your office? The young lady said well we can't look back at all of that. I would go to see Dr. Jones, but the women he has working for him are horrible.

This Doctor Kenneth Jones and his staff are pathetic. They charge you for Appointments that you never had. Everything is about money. Trust me when I say, they don’t care about you. It’s all about the Benjamins...He is the worst Doctor that I’ ever known. While treating me on pain management, he used someone else’s urine (a Male) so he can accuse me of taking that candy looking drug. The lab report was a fake. Last I checked, I was born a woman and am still a woman married to a man. But according to my lab results, the urine was from a Male. So Dr. Jones switched my lab results and then accused me of taking street drugs in the lobby. I’ve never done Street drugs in my entire life...not even a cigarette. I don’t even drink alcohol. He didn’t have the decency to give me the fake results in the privacy of a room. He is a liar, practice fraud, he’s outdated, don’t know the latest or newest treatments to anything or nothing, he’s lazy and didn’t know how to treat My Fibromyalgia...Idiot go to some seminars. This so called Doctor should be in Prison. Yes, in Prison for Insurance Fraud. He charged my insurance company on March 31, 2018 for an appointment that I did not have and drafted a co-pay of $30 out of my checking account that I did not authorize. He is a liar and a thief...He knows everything that his staff is doing. They can’t do anything without his permission. Stay away from this Doctor or you will learn the hard way.
