No problem with my Dr. He has been very helpful. HOWEVER….the prescription refill staff is unbelievable. I can never get a refill without a big hassle…I have called the office line 5 times and the pharmacy has also requested a medvthat I take twice a day and I have still not gotten the refill. I have been out for days now. Started calling last week. Guess I will have to visit the office to get a refill. My next appointment is in July

I absolutely LOVE and have recommended Dr. Maqsood several times. He is an amazing physician, that has a bedside manner like no other. HOWEVER, in all the years that I have seen him, his office staff has only gotten worse. They don’t answer the phone regardless of what time you call, and when they finally do, and you explain that you’re having a crisis and really need to be seen, you are told “we aren’t making appointments until mid June”. What I asked what a sick patient is suppose to do for care, and I was told “go to an ER”. I have NEVER been treated so terribly by office staff anywhere. Unfortunately, I will have to find another physician now…one that actually has a real “Medical Office Staff” working for them. It’s a shame that he is such a great physician, but is represented by such unprofessional and non empathetic staff. Oh and FYI, don’t bother going to their website to get “faster service”, because the website can’t be reached either. Don’t waste your time going here if you expect ongoing care.

Save yourself the headache. Dr.s are ok when you can see them. Scheduling office is a mess! Multiple times appointments canceled by the office. Surgery center was great when they could get the right time for the appointment correct. Not worth waiting months to see these Drs only to have them reschedule all the time. Go somewhere else! I know I have too!

So far 3 emergency rooms visits, sent me home without enough meds. Had a procedure done that should have been followed up on within a week….. going on a month still waiting to go in for the follow up. Meanwhile landed back in the ER for symptomatic treatment and still feeling ill and can’t hold down anything but water. This is week 4 now if this. Also the stomach pain jacks my blood pressure so I’m constantly taking it to see if i have to go to the ER. Again all this should have been addressed within a week of my procedure. Also why i have no meds. I have 0 confidence i will be treated correctly here at this point. Oh and to top it off they don’t answer the phone EVER so you are constantly playing phone tag. Worst provider ever so far.

When I'm in his office I feel like I am the only person there I feel heard hes so precise so caring and so vigilant Yes each of his patients health care. I'm grateful that hes my doctor

Not only did he figure out why I was getting pancreatitis all the time (which was due to a tiny birth defect inside my pancreas that only 3 % of the population are born with) he accidentally found I had kidney cancer. He personally called a urologist surgeon to see me the next day. The surgeon removed my kidney 7 days later. It was so large it was getting ready to break out and that would have killed me. That's how people die with kidney cancer as chemo and radiation does not kill it. This doctor literally saved my life!!!! I refer everyone to him!!
