This office is fantastic. I was actually 15 minutes late bc I couldn’t find the office so I was ready to reschedule my appointment, however, I was not made to reschedule and the wait to see the doctor was 5 minutes. The time spent with Dr Bilbrew was sufficient to answer my questions. I love this office and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Bilbrew has very calming bed side manner which I appreciate. She really listened to me and asked additional questions. The office ran very efficiently. I did not have to wait to be seen. I was seen at my appointment time. Since my relocation to this area, I have had to wait on numerous occasions for an hour or more.

The doctor just came and gave a steroid shot. My wait was 45 minutes. That was too long for seeing a doctor for only 3 minutes. My meds still haven’t been called to the pharmacy. Something I continue to complain about.

Came in with very swollen and infected thumb. Dr Bilbrew knew what to do and gave immediate relief, thru lancing and draining the infection. Very knowledgeable, immediately kind and personable, with an exceptional patient rapport. I highly recommend her!
