I have tried to contact this irresponsible doctor for weeks by all possible means, I went to him because the federal government website recommends him as a certified doctor for certain cases, my family and I went with him to get the medical tests done, he told us clearly that the cost of the tests also covered the laboratory expenses, but that the expenses of the necessary vaccines were on our account, we accepted and paid the money he required, 3 months later I receive the bills from the private laboratory at my house charging me an exaggerated amount of money, the doctor closed his clinic and there is no way to contact him to demand that he take responsibility. It is worth mentioning that my Kaiser insurance does not cover these tests.

His office receptionist, a middle aged woman, is the rudest person that I have encountered in all the clinics that I have visited. I was there today to inquire about a bill that I received and told her that I want to pay. She informed that their office does not deal with billing matters. When I asked her if she could provide me the address of the appropriate office or a phone no. to call, she just said “I do not know!” When I told her that this concerns their clinic and that she should find a way to address my concern, she flatly replied “I cannot help!” When I told her that that should not be her attitude towards patients of their clinic, she replied “why are you having an attitude!”

This is actually my second time getting a very rude treatment from the same receptionist. The first time was when I went there for my initial visit/consultation. She scolded me for not immediately returning to her the forms that she asked me to fill up. That is not the way to treat customers. She should be reminded that she is getting her salary from the patients of her employer.

This woman should be terminated by her employer if the doctor wants to keep his patients. She should be reminded that she should improve her customer service manners. I am not going back to this clinic anymore as a patient. I saw some of the negative comments here and I agree with them that the receptionist at this clinic has the worst attitude.

Office staff is incompetent. I went in for an initial visit and to refill my prescriptions around 3 months ago. The doctor never filled the prescriptions. I have been calling the office repeatedly over the past few months and have never had someone answer the phone. I leave messages and actually got a return call once in ten attempts. They apologized for not filling the scrips and then gave me a 30 day supply of only one med, which has already run out and am unable to contact anyone in the office.

This doctor is the WORST and so is his staff - he has ZERO bedside manners, not sure how he has enough patients to keep his doors open- he needs to retire! His main person upfront is rude and incompetent, she should find a new line of work herself, not very professional. It I could do zero stars, it would be negative!

Worst service. Actually caused me to completely switch insurances because of how much I hated dealing with this office.

Doctor rushes into the office always looking like he is finishing up a bite of a sandwich (crumbs and all) then speaks to you for about 1 minute. That’s if you’re lucky enough to get ahold of someone at the office to even make appointment… After MONTHS and hundreds of calls and voicemails, you might finally get ahold of someone who places you on hold for 20 minutes. I called dozens of times in a row trying to get ahold of someone over a course of 6+ months to pay my co-pay (since their card reader was down when I went). FINALLY got hold of someone and pay my bill (showed on my bank statement), to still receive paper bills for the next 3 months. Let’s see if I get another one next month after calling 30 times today and finally speaking to someone again about how I paid my bill.

Worst dr and all of his assistants are not professional. Made an appointment and nobody was there when I showed up! Dr rushes you throughout the appointment. The receptionist or whoever runs the front desk never answer the phone either. I will be changing drs after the pandemic is over.

Man is the worst doctor I've had the displeasure of meeting. He is a racist! He scoffed and berated us. He was demeaning and made derogatory statements about Filipino practitioners. I never brought my mother there again. Later, I found out he treated my brother-in-law the same way.

He is horrible .
We did medical exam for uscis and he forgot to put date on it so my case was delayed .
We went back in his office to get the date put on and he puts on wrong year .
I question his ability .
If he makes this many mistakes on important documents, I would be scared to take any medical treatment from this man .
