Dr. Mazzotta performed a skin removal and tummy tuck on me about 3 months ago after losing a lot of weight. I CANNOT say enough about both her and her office staff. Dr. Mazzotta is honest, she listens and she wants you to both look and feel wonderful. She will not do a procedure if she does not feel like you need it. She is funny and caring and even put my husband at ease. Her office staff makes you feel like family. Overall, working with her has been a wonderful experience. She has helped me in my journey to get my life back and she has increased my self-esteem. I can’t thank her and her staff enough and I would not think about suggesting any other plastic surgeon but Dr. Mazzotta!

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Mazzotta and her team (including the front desk women). I am 2 days post operation and I am so happy that I went for it. The office was responsive the entire time and so kind and helpful with connecting with my insurance. They were amazing! And Dr Mazzotta was so understanding of my nerves and gentle with me the day of. The anesthesiologist team was incredible! I was so afraid going in, and everyone made me feel so welcome and peaceful.

My surgery was okay, I had a complication that resulted in an emergency surgery over two-weeks post op which was definitely traumatizing. My breast reduction 3 years later is like I never had it. Also used to do Botox there but the price suddenly increased over $100 with no notice and wasn’t informed until my appointment was over.

Three years after my surgery I received a phone call stating I owed over a thousand dollars from the surgery. The office there is a mess and unorganized, the amounts I “owed” has changed over the year with little to no information. The receptionist/ office manager constantly is changing and they had to get together the billing information (they didn’t have it available when I called).

To wait three years for your offices mistake to call someone and demand payment in 7-days is beyond unprofessional. I referred so many clients and friends here so the behavior is disheartening. Safe to say I won’t be returning.
