I had a great experience in my appointment with Dr. Florence. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. (He was highly recommended by a friend at church who'd had both feet operated on by him and was happy with the results.) Dr. Florence took the time to listen closely to my description of what was happening with my foot, and I felt confident that he was examining it carefully -- I felt that I was in good hands. He also struck me as very energetic and passionate about his work -- it's obvious that he enjoys it! My foot problem appears to be minor, so no further treatment was recommended, aside from stretching exercises -- I'm certainly grateful for that! My mother came to the appointment with me, to be there as an extra pair of eyes and ears (she has a lot of medical experience and wanted to watch out for me to ensure I was receiving good treatment), and she was also very impressed with Dr. Florence -- now she's eager to schedule an appointment with him for her own feet, which have given her a lot of trouble for most of her life. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Florence to my friends and family. Thank you so much for your wonderful service! God bless you!

Very nice establishment. Very up to date. It was very clean. I was impressed with the ease of the check-in system. Did not have to wait long for the doctor to see me. He was very cordial, upbeat and straight to the problem. I will be seeing Dr. Florence again for all my Ortho needs.

Dr. Florence was very gentle and knowledgeable about ankle and foot injuries.

Incredibly good surgeon. I had a bone sour in my posterior heel that caused my Achilles tendon to rupture. I had surgery November 1st. Now my cast is off and I have a walking boot.

Great outcome in six weeks. I’m still recovering but grateful.

He is a straight shooter and even asked if we could pray before surgery.

I am so grateful!

Dr Florence seen my 85 year old mother for her broken ankle &busted up need. He was prompt and friendly, show us X-rays and gave her the diagnosis and was good news. She has been so worried about want the doctor was going to find. He said that she could give up the boot&wheelchair to start walking again. That was some great news.Good Doctor

We arrived as required 20 minutes before my appointment, but unfortunately had to wait over an hour to see Dr. Florence. This is not normal, as we've never had this happen before. We've used AOC many times, and always had good visits before, and with very short wait times.
Had a good visit with Dr. Florence, and will continue using AOC! Thanks for your services!
