Was rushed through the whole process / consultation he Didn’t seem to care about my situation much said he heard this before rushed me out of the office said he would schedule physical therapy but never did I stated I was in pain and to please give me an injection or something for pain and he said I need to schedule with a different doctor for that. After the MRI I could barely walk when I went back to the office staff told me they are too busy and would let his team know they called about 8/9 hours later which was around 8pm and they said he sent a muscle relaxer prescription to my pharmacy which was closed. Waited 2 months just to see this doctor and this was my experience

I went to Dr Goins after Dr Francois (McDonough Ga) left the practice. It was alot longer drive for me because Dr Goins is in Fayetteville Ga. But Iam glad I made the drive.
Dr Goins explained everything about surgery for my lower back. He was professional and let me know the pros and cons of surgery in a way the common man can understand. He is kind, caring and has a excellent attitude towards his patients. I highly recommend Dr Goins.

Dr. Goins is a life saver. I had a double disc replacement in my neck and Dr. Goins saved me from being in pain every single day. Now I run around with my kids like I used to.

I have seen Dr Goins on and off with my back issues. He over time has performed 3 separate surgies on my back. Dr. Goins has been wonderful and caring to me. He listens to what I have to say and genuinely seems to care. His staff have always been very curtious. The only negative I have is when I started seeing him back in 2009, 2010 you actually saw him ever appointment know 2019,2020 you have to see either his NP or PA to get an appointment in timely factor. I like his NA Kimberly but I never want to see his PA Shane after his poorly personal treatment of me in the hospital the day after I had surgery. I have also had many appointments with Dr. Kelly for epidural back injection, and he is fabulous, caring, listens, and he is very gentle administering the injections. And if I don't get relief with injections he gets me back over to Dr. Goins. I would not have any second thoughts in recommending Dr. Goins or Dr. Kelly.

The support staff at Resurgens is really personable, and very courteous. I even brought in chocolate for Valentine’s Day to show my appreciation to them. After seeing PA Spencer for several visits, he passed my case on to Dr. Goins for continued care. I had paperwork from my job for him to fill out and he was very rude and dismissive in regards to the paperwork. Because I am a law enforcement officer and need to be fit for duty, I wanted to explain to him the nature of the paperwork before he actually had the time to fill the paperwork out. He cut me off immediately and rudely stated that “an office visit is to address medical issues”’. So tell me what visit would it be where I could offer an explanation for the paperwork my employer needs filled out for me to be “fit for duty”? Dr. Goins acted dismissive, detached, somewhat annoyed to even be dealing with my case. Furthermore, after having dealt with about 3 other specialists for the past 8 yrs because of being relocated due to employer mobility requirement, this doctor didn’t even request for past treatment and MRI’s from prior doctors, nor did he even entertained any information I tried to give him from previous specialists. He arrogantly bragged about his own credentials and cut me off. I will not ever go back to Resurgens because of this treatment specifically by Dr. Goins. I would drive an hour away if I had to receive at least the “basic” curtesy I deserve for the treatment I need for my injuries. If I could give Dr. Goins a negative 2, I would.

Dr Goins is the best !!! He’s caring, takes time to explain and answer all your questions plus his bedside manner is amazing! I have refereed him to multiple friends/friends and they are so pleased with him too !!!!!! And he’s a genius as a surgeon!

Dr. Goins and his staff are exceptional. He had tests done to make certain of the diagnosis before proceeding to do surgery even though information was sent to him from another doctor. His staff is expedient, kind, and professional as well. The love for his patients flows through to his patients. Thanks Dr. Goins and staff!!!
