This man almost killed me a year ago. I suffered a concussion and seizer from him over dosing me and till this day my face still spazzes uncontrollably and the left side of my body that I fell on goes numb, ICE COLD NUMB. He ignored my cry’s for another type of medication because what he initially giving me was making me hallucinate. He used me as a lab rat in all honesty. I will never be the same 😞 please don’t go to him if you love your life, find another dr to visit.

Dr. Mehdi has been my psychiatrist for 3 years now and I am highly satisfied. He really takes his time with our appointments. He's always late with the appointment, but I honestly feel this is because he is giving extra attention to all his patients because I am never rushed. Unlike my previous psychiatrist, he quickly got me the right medication and dosing and it made all the difference. I'm functioning very well now and owe it all to Dr. Mehdi. Thank you!

I rarely go to the doctor. But I'm at a point that I felt I really needed help. It took a while to get someone on the phone, but the NP is so sweet and she truly cares for her patients. I do wonder if they are doing a study on what happens if we prescribe a daily medication and then let them run out? It seems to be an on going issue. Worst mental health practice EVER!!! Not only will they get mad at you but they will be condescending in the process.

Doesn't answer calls. I went once years ago to the Walton location and had a great experience so decided to try again but the new doctor left-ehich means they now only have a practitioner. And they NEVER answer the phone. If you're lucky, theyll return a call. Fortunately, I live close so I was able to drive in to make an appointment. After leaving my appointment at the next visit, the secretary never called me as per her instructions for a follow up appointment. I had to drive in once again.

I changed doctors only because I moved from my previous area and thought this guy had impressive credentials. However.....this is the worst doctor I have ever seen and I've seen several psychiatrists over the years. He is very rude, he's arrogant and he refused to let me weigh in on my own care. He actually texted while I was in the office! I live in this body every day and I know what works for me. He prescribed Klonopin to me which is very strong. The prescription was for 2 tablets twice daily and when I ran out mid month, he refused to refill the prescription. His office manager actually called me back - he couldn't be bothered to call me himself. She said he "MEANT" for me to only take one tablet twice a day so there's no way I shoud have run out. They completely disregarded the fact that I was taking what was prescribed on the label. Therefore, I was told I would have to wait til my next appointment which was 5 weeks away. I will always discourage anyone to try with this guy. I've never seen such disregard for patient welfare or unprofessional practicing in my life. Please don't waste your money or give this man power over your well being

The Dr. Can come off as uncaring but he really is a great doctor. We LOVE the NP. She is truly kind and cares about the patient. I would recommend them for sure.

I wish I could rate the therapist and doctor separately from the office it's self. The therapist and doctor were great, very professional and thorough. The office assistants however, a totally different story. They were very rude, too busy watching t.v then to attend to people trying to check in. I was in the middle of trying to make another appointment and the lady just cut me off and turns her back on me to speak to someone else, then turns around and rudely asks if I still needed an appointment. I have made phone calls to this facility as well and on the phone it is the same treatment. They do not listen to what you are trying to say and cut you off and then get frustrated at you because they didn't listen and don't understand what you are saying. Very rude and unprofessional! If this office would get rid of all of the office personnel thus would be a great 5 star office.

Don’t now what the receptionist problem is I called asking if they accept my ins and she was very hostile hope that’s not how they treat they’re patients too lol
