Terrible, doesn’t follow up. Lack of urgency to needs, just billed my insurance for an expensive cleaning and that was it. Didn’t follow up for other work I needed done

Dr Hill is a fraud ! If i could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a checkup and was told I had multiple cavities. I was shocked because I had just gotten a check up at my former dentist only 4 months prior to visiting Dr. Hill and had 0 cavities. The cavities I had were extremely tiny (which I only knew AFTER going BACK to my former dentist) but she still tried to get me to have a fill in for each and every cavity. I agreed to get 2 out of the ‘many’ cavities filled since it was about $250 out of pocket which is alot, but during the fill in she decides she’s going to go ahead and do more than asked for and try to charge me for it without letting me know. She also magically kept finding more cavities during the fill in procedure. After the procedure I had bad tooth pain which I never had before and after informing the office it was said I would need a Root canal. After figuring something was up I no longer wanted to get dental check ups or any of the sort here and decided to contact my trustworthy former dentist which is in a whole other state. I took a flight to my former dentist and they checked out my teeth and confirmed I had cavities but that they were EXTREMELY tiny and didn’t need any fill ins as it would be unnecessary. They prescribed a special Prevident anti cavity toothpaste and they also let me know I did NOT need a root canal because according to one of the nice dental workers, that would be “the beginning of the end of the tooth”. Dr Hill could’ve prescribed that said special toothpaste but instead rather fill my mouth with fill ins for the extra money and charge me for procedures I did not need as well as further damage my tooth with a unnecessary root canal. She is a fraud and I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I suggest you find a good quality dentist who is not money hungry and genuinely cares for their patients. Unfortunately, this is not it.

I love Dr. Hill , I’m terrified of dentist. But she is the most kind, compassionate, and patient dentist I have ever met. She is professional and makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.
