The staff is friendly & helpful. You are greeted with understanding & a smile. At no point did we feel like a burden or inconvenience. They actually care about you here.

Roberto did our intake & he was just a pleasure to encounter. Very informative, kind & caring.

Dr. Mercado bedside manner is excellent. He actually listened to my husband’s concerns & what we’ve been through over the last year since my husband had a stroke. He listened when my husband said he wants to get off medication & work towards lowering his dosages. He didn’t just dismiss us like it’s not possible.

We’ve been to three doctors in the Orlando are in the last two years & no one can hold a candle to this medical team. I’m so grateful we found them.
