We’re self pay patients and I called ahead to ask about pricing. $50 for a sick visit and $75 for a well. Great pricing! Took my 12 year old for a well visit before school. During the appt they checked he blood levels and they resulted critically low, and we were referred to Floyd for a lab draw. Everything was good the office machine was wrong! Paid the $75 and left.

I later received a bill for $50, called the office to inquire. The NP who saw us told me that since we were referred to Floyd for her critical labs she was going to charge us a sick visit as well. Even though it was an incidental finding, even though the office machine was wrong, even though I had already paid $75 for the well visit fee as well as paying out of pocket for the lab draw at Floyd. She said it was policy.

They are attempting to double chart for services which is illegal. If they are attempting to double charge for a self pay patient I bet they are doubling charging insurance and getting away with it.

I really hate that I had such a bad review and experience because the office was so nice and everyone was pleasant.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted by what happened today at my daughters vist today. First things first I waited well over 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor once the doctor came in it was nothing but judgement she was judging literally everything. She took a look at my daughter and one thing caught me way off guard so I didn't saying anything at the time. But after having all day to think about it I realized what she was trying to do. And in my opinion it was VERY VERY inappropriate but I'm not going to into details online about that. Another thing is this was only our second time there and they had not requested my daughters records so they had no clue what shots she has had and I don't know all of them but was trying to give her shots anyways which I didn't allow and wouldn't let happen until they had her records. Another thing I have heard the lady at the desk crap talk parents and the children the crap talking and gossiping is unprofessional She even did it today as I was walking into the building. And I wish I would have taken pictures but the blue room with pandas was absolutely disgusting didnt even want my daughter touching anything. I have no idea WHY this place has such a high rating. It shouldn't. I will not be taking my daughter back here nor would I recommend anyone else. And any management that may see this comment PLEASE contact Me. There's somethings I would love to speak to someone about that I'm not completely comfortable posting online.

Only gave it one star because you have to to be able to leave a review. We weren't greeted when we walked in. They were too busy gossiping. They never called my child by name just said go to room 3, didn't walk us back. The table was broken and it looked like dirty Kleenex was shoved back in the box.

Dr. Anderson is amazing. She has been with me every step of my daughters autism journey, she listens to me and offers the best possible solutions. It is because of her, and her referrals that my daughter receives all the proper therapy to this day! Would give a million stars if it allowed me to! My daughter hates the doctor, it triggers a terrible response, but Dr A is always patient with her and so kind.

I didn't recognize anyone at the front desk today, so I'm assuming they must be new, and they (unlike the regular crew that's typically up front) gave us some dirty looks. Maybe they're not used to how autistic children can act.

The staff here ensure that both mama and baby are doing good both mentally and that baby is doing good physically. They have the most concerned and patient, caring and kind team I have ever encountered in a pediatrician office. Please be kind and understanding with them and they will definitely be kind and understanding with you! Excellent job ladies! Keep showing up and helping these children and being there for the mommies! Thank you infinitely🥰
