I never leave reviews, I generally don’t care that much to waste my time & energy, however, this doctor’s office is a joke and I don’t want anyone else to have to waste their money on this place. It started out well the first few months; All I was going there for were refills on medications I have been on since 2016. I didn’t have insurance and was paying out of pocket to be seen every month. The last 3 months have been a nightmare. The office staff is rude and unhelpful and well, that starts at the top and trickles down. The doctor, or technically PA (who I NEVER saw or spoke to) decided to drop my dosage on a med that I once again have been on since 2016, without even discussing it with me during my CASH PAID visit. The lovely staff on the phone then said that the doctor said I need to go to a neurologist in order to continue on the dose I have been getting from them for months! I was extremely confused because that literally doesn’t even make sense and I have never been referred to a neurologist for any of my medications. I also never received referrals or a call back to discuss further with the office manager and/or doctor. Not discussing a dosage change and then not providing referrals in order to receive the proper dose is not ethical nor legal. Trust me, do not waste your time or money going to this ridiculous doctor. I will be reporting this to the state, and I know how to do so given the fact I work in healthcare.

Dr. Ali is great. He is very caring and compassionate and will spend as much time with you as you need. I have arthritis in one knee that became so painful I had a hard time walking. After a series of PRP (platelet rich plasma) shots the pain has been reduced significantly. I'm able to walk again with a lot less pain! I am very thankful! I would definitely recommend him.

I experienced an extremely unprofessional and unethical interactions with Dr Ali. Be careful with this Doctor. If you are use to quality medical care and professional treatment this Dr could shock you.

Dr Ali is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. His concern and compassion for his patients is paramount and unrivaled. He is truly appreciated and respected. His honesty and directness is quite refreshing. I highly recommend him to anybody considering going to him.

I have gone to Dr Ali for about 6 years. He was my assigned HMO Dr. I was surprised at what a good Dr I got. I have never had a problem with any of his staff. I think he is a very good Dr. My whole family sees him and we all like him and think he is a VERY good detailed oriented DR.

My baby has been a patient here since Dr. Bedoya own the practice. It has gotten worse since Dr. Ali took over. By far the worse experience when I brought my baby in recently. My child was due for a physical and the front office girl asked for my copay. I informed her that there is no copay for physicals. When she was brought back to check for vitals, a different medical assistant stated that if I need to speak to him about a concerned I have then they'll need to collect a copay. She had the worst attitude out of the whole staff. She told the front office girl to collect my copay. Then when the doctor called us back to his office, he didnt even hold the door for us which shut the door in our face. First thing he did when he sat down was use his cell phone and answered a phone call. He didnt excuse himself or apologized. The doctor demands you to buy his vitamins which are over priced. I was told it help with her condition but later found out it was not medically necessary. They are all about the money. THE WORST MEDICAL OFFICE EVER!!

Dr Ali is the best doctor in the United States, you will never find a doctor that cares about his patients and will spend as much time with you as your care needs. Dr Ali is not a doctor that runs you in and out in two minutes like most doctors. I have been seeing Dr Ali for over 10 years now. He is a kind man that cares about your health, he cares about you, he cares about his staff and nurses and treats them like family.
I have been in severe pain for years now. Dr Ali sent me to a neurologist 24 months ago and they diagnosed me with Peripheral neuropathy and my nerves were completely gone from hips to my toes and from my shoulders to my finger tips. The neurologist told me this was caused from
Chemical exposure from working on a farm for 30 years. The neurologist told me there is nothing I can do and will always have peripheral neuropathy for the rest of my life and he could only treat with pain medication and nerve medication.
Dr Ali suggested we try Myers cocktails and help grow the nerves back. When your in as much pain as I was you will try anything. I started 24 months ago going once a week getting Myers cocktail infusions. After 6 months my nerves had grown about 18”, after 12 months my nerves had grown down my leg and started into my feet, after 18 months there wasn’t a lot of progress and I had skipped several treatments due to travel. I decided to fly to Dallas and get stem cells to see if they would help finish off the nerves growing back into my feet. I just went back Monday (24 months) to the neurologist for another nerve conduction study and my neurologist was shocked my peripheral neuropathy was gone and cured.
I know this is a long review but I want every one to know what a great Doctor Dr Ali is and he took the time out of his very busy day to spend over 30 minutes with me every week pushing the infusion hisself and not put in a IV and let you sit in a room until the drip was finished. I hope this review helps you see what a great Doctor that Dr Ali is and the care he takes with his patients. If your looking for a doctor that will take you under his wing and spend precious time out his busy day your going to love the care you will get from Dr Ali.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for the care you have provided to me and my family and curing my neuropathy. I feel like I can live again without the constant pain from neuropathy

Front desk people are terrible. They would rather gossip about their lives than help you. You're last on their list to care about. It's sad because Dr. Ali is such an amazing doctor just has low lifes working for him. Wishing him the best of luck in his practice.
