Dr. Shaheed takes the time to explain what is going on and what you have to do to correct any issues with your feet. All of his nurses assistants are very helpful and they also give you their undivided attention. I would recommend Dr. Shaheed to everyone.

Good doctor and good care but watch out for the billing practices. I was charged $385 out of pocket for a walking boot that retails for $50 on Amazon. They do not provide an itemized bill at checkout but will "if you ask for it."

I've been in the customer service industry for over 35 years, so I'm very particular regarding leaving reviews but in the case of the Ankle & Foot Centers of Georgia (Lithonia location), this is a must.
The service and care I received from Dr Shaheed is top notch. The ENTIRE staff (Sierra, Kahaliah, Amelia, Jazmine, Kim, Consuela, and Talania are ALL outstanding!
If you're in need of any kind of foot care, this is the place!

Procedure done in dec 2017 on baby toe to get relief from a additional toenail growing on outter side of toe. After months of having it filed down i decided to get rid of the problem once n for all as it was very aggravating when walking particularly in shoes! Dr Shaheed did a procedure on my toe (which i paid $200 for) that would take care of this ongoing problem. By february 2018 the toe still gave me the same irritating piercing pain - The toe discomfort continued since the procedure with no relief period at all!!! When i called the office in Febeuary to hv him take a look at it he wanted to charge me again to look at it! I couldn’t believe it!! I explained that i still didnt hv any relief from this problem n was told i only had unti mid january to complain!!! Was i told this initially? NO! I learned that he didn’t really care about the success of his work or patient but more about his bottom line - MONEY. I’m currently searching for a new doctor - hoping to find some who at least will stand behind their work and care a little more about what their patient is going thru n a little less about the money. Shame on you Dr Naim Shaheed!!
