I began seeing Dr. Aguila after moving to Warner Robins based on a recommendation from my partner, who had been a patient of his for years. Fast forward and I've now been a patient of Dr. Aguila's for about 8 years. Off top, it's important to know that your while your appointment with Dr. Aguila might be scheduled for 2...you probably won't actually see him until 3 or 3:15. But once you get into the examination room with him, you'll realize he's running behind because he has taken the same time, care, and thoroughness with the patients BEFORE you that he's going to take with you. Dr. Aguila is hands down the best medical professional I've ever dealt with. He takes his time to really listen to what is going on with you. He doesn't rush your appointments. He ASKS QUESTIONS to make sure you've had a real opportunity to consider everything that might be going on with your health and that you've made mention of it to him. Easily the most attentive doctor I've ever come across. I'm honestly going to hate it when he retires. I don't know if they're taking new patients but if they are and you're considering him--I highly recommend!

dr is fine it’s the lazy, incompetent receptionists that are there. Very rude and unprofessional! Like to argue with you instead of accepting their errors. Hispanic young lady doesn’t know how to do her job and likes to blame you for their mistakes. Lazy women as receptionist that don’t want to do their job! Get better receptionist to do their job because these women that are currently there suck!!!!!!

***UPDATE 2nd update, they resubmitted the claim after I called and got the first one denied. I can not believe they put a 2nd claim in for doing absolutely nothing.

11/14 Found out they BILLED my insurance 619$ even though I did not see the Dr and the office manager had called me to verify I had not been seen but they still proceeded to charge me. Beware of this office.

I wasn't sure what to expect as a first-time patient, but this was just beyond unprofessional. Not only did I not get to see the Dr at my scheduled time. My appointment was given away to someone else who showed up 10-15 minutes after I showed up for my scheduled appointment (they did not have an appointment). I understand that it takes time as a new patient, and I just waited till I was called, but after being in their office for a total of 2.5 hours and the Dr hadn't come to see me. I had to reschedule as I had other things to do. Upon rescheduling, this is when I discovered he chose to remove staples from someone rather than take me at the scheduled time. I was presented with the option of seeing him or rescheduling. When I asked if "seeing him" would involve more wait time, which the answer was yes, yes I would have to wait longer than the 2.5 hours I had already waited. Given the fact that I had things to do, I decided to reschedule, but the Dr is such a "busy man" that I can't see him till another 2 weeks. Keep in mind I kept my first appointment and SHOWED UP AND WAITED 2.5 HOURS, only to be told I could see a nurse sooner but if I wanted to see the Dr that ignored my appointment and took someone else's, I could wait 2 whole weeks and maybe be graced by his appearance. I don't recommend coming here is you have any serious issue's to take care of.

Front office staff is very rude. Doctors in the office are not accepting new patients due to nearing retirement according to the rude 1 that answered the phone but the nurse practioners are. They will also hang up on you if you get frustrated with them and ask for help.

This committed, former USAF Captain has been our doctor for over 20 years. We realize one thing. Our appointment might be at 10:00 a.m. but we might get in at noon. We do know that when we DO get in, Dr. Aguila will take as much time as he needs to make his diagnosis. If he can't deal with the problem, he will get a specialist to deal with it. MY husband was sent to Emory Hospital to see a specialist who is one of the best in the USA for his disease.
We have moved and now travel over 80 miles to see this great physician! HIS STAFF IS AWESOME!
When we get mixed up with refills, Rhonda gets it right!
