There are not enough words of Praise , Gratitude or Thanks that I can give Dr. Viola and his team for all that they did for me over the last 2 plus years.
You see before I found Dr. Viola I had seen a Doctor who did a whole lot of damage to my elbow unnecessarily and that is being kind.
I was not sure That Dr. Viola would even want to see me, as most Doctors don't like or want to take on case's where surgery has already been done by someone else. Thank goodness for me Dr.Viola was up for the challenge, and let me tell you a challenge it was. It was worth the multiple surgeries it took for Dr. Viola and his team to repair all the damage that was caused from the previous operations.
Dr. Viola and his team worked tirelessly and at times outside of the box to give me back as much normalcy as humanly possible considering the previous damage I came to them with. They were on a mission and were going to do everything they could to achieve that goal for me. And Achieve they did!! I am beyond grateful! He and his team truly are Miracle Workers!
He and his team have become like Family to me, after that much time together it's hard not to think of them in that way.
So if you or someone you know is in need of a Hand, wrist or Elbow specialist Dr. Viola is your guy! I have sent Family and Friends his way as well as stranger's.
He is kind, compassionate , a great listener, has a wonderful bedside manor and he will give you as many options as possible ! You don't get better than Dr. Viola!! Trust me....I know

When an unexpected traumatic event occurs in your life, a lot is out of your control. While visiting Vail, Colorado for my mother’s 70th birthday, I was involved in a serious vehicle accident, and I was rushed to the Vail Health Hospital. I was immediately prepped for surgery as the hospital called in the on-call orthopedic surgeon for emergency surgery at 8:00PM. This surgeon was Dr. Viola.

Words can’t express how concerned my family and I were before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Viola and his team did an incredible job, and I felt safe in their hands. Dr. Viola has been extremely informative and caring throughout this entire experience. He has continued to make himself available and he provided me with his direct cell phone number to answer all the questions I’ve had during my recovery.

Under Dr. Viola’s care, my arm has made a full recovery, better than I would have ever expected. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Viola, his team, and the entire Vail Health Hospital. I am incredibly grateful that Dr. Viola was the on-call surgeon that arrived at my moment in need.

Dr. Randy Viola short review: world class doctor, laser focused on patient care and health, unquestionable expertise, research based, accessible by all. Caring, patient, meticulous, outstanding in his field.
Longer review: I've had several unrelated surgeries with Dr. Viola and he and his team are intensely focused on patient care, diagnosing correctly, and repairing expertly. He is research based in all aspects of his care and unwilling to surrender to "tough" cases. He is an astute listener and honest even when it's difficult. His surgical expertise is the best in the country, check the data. His team approach includes the patient, which is unique, and he also includes other caregivers such as PT's, OT's and acupuncturists on his team to repair and heal. He is an expert surgeon who is available to anyone and his work on young athletes as well as all of "us" (not famous, not rich) makes him sought after from around the world. He asks what you love to do and then finds a way to get you back to that. There is no other doctor like him. Over several surgeries, three years and countless discussions, phone calls, emails, virtual visits, etc., he and his team never once allowed me to not focus on a return to doing everything I want to. He is the "real deal" and other doctors could learn a lot from Dr. Viola and his team at The Steadman Clinic.

I want to thank Dr. Viola for the wonderful treatment he gave me. It took a couple years for all the pain to go away. I almost thought it never would. My surgery was December 29 1999 my elbow is doing great no up all night crying in pain. I have full use and no weight limits. Thank you so much for your help.

Simply the best- had two broken wrists 8 years ago. One I broke very badly and luckily I had Dr Viola put it back together and it works well and it probably shouldn't.
