My favorite is how efficient the doctor is Dr. Evans; how the front desk tries to fit us in asap. That’s my stingray hole. Look what happens when it’s not taken care of correctly!

Went to see Dr Evans for an ongoing toenail problem. Was referred to him by my HMO insurance, one of the few in-network podiatrists. He told me that the infection was gone, which I don’t believe, and then proceeds to trim all of my toenails very short and ROUNDED. Instructs me to always trim them that way. This is contrary to every other podiatry website, which instructs to trim toenail straight across to avoid ingrown nails. What the hell is wrong with him? Was he trying to set me up for future ingrown nails? Do not see this podiatrist.

Dr Evans is very nice. However, I've been a diabetic since 19 and have disability from an accident. I'm 58 I told him cannot reach my feet. He tested bloodflow of my feet with his fingers. Not the proper tools. He cut my very thick toenails straight across and still long. He said I'm ready to to the nail spa to make them street and grind down. I've been told for 39yrs to never to go there. It may become a bigger issue. He spoke nothing about peripheral nerve damage or vascular issues. I have quality dual medical coverage.
I deserve better medical care. I just wanted to get out of there. I don't want nice. It's fake. Nice doesn't help. I want kind. Kind give me the help I need to stay healthy. And perhaps keep my feet.

So far I’m torn. I went to Dr. Evans a while ago for an ingrown toenail. It wasn’t my first experience with this. Dr. Evans was brutal but he fixed the issue. My most recent experience was for my sons ankle. We sat in the packed lobby for an hour and a half before I went up to the counter to check on our appointment. They forgot to give me the clipboard with the medical info form so we were lost in some limbo even though we checked in. We saw Dr. Miller who was very, very pleasant and informative. They put in a referral for an MRI and told us to call back in two weeks to check on the status. Well, I called today and learned that someone dropped the ball again. The referral
Was never put in. I don’t know if that was missed by the Doctor or the office staff. Since his ankle isn’t doing too bad now and the issue is only with the feet, I will try to be patient and see how this goes before we switch places. So far it seems like they are more about volume than quality care though.

This Dr is terrible my appt lasted all of about 5 min talked so much saying nothing was wrong when I have a bunion so bad I can’t wear my shoes? Never addressed my problem at all
All he did was pressure me for some insoles to put in my shoes that does nothing for my bunion, $50.00 for something that is way cheaper elsewhere and is useless I never used them yet they would not give me a refund, the pressure to buy these insoles is horrible, all he cares about is $ I made an appt with another Dr in the group I sure hope I have better luck, otherwise I am done with this office and going to go to Orange County since Dr Evans group is the only one in the area,

Dr. EVANS was wonderful. So friendly, talkative and kind. My & year old son suffers ingrown toe nails. He quickly remedied everything, and helped my son enjoy day to day life without any pain! We are so grateful to him for his care and demeanor. Thank you to their whole staff for their friendliness, kindness and professionalism!

Was referred by Kaiser to this dr for my son. Made the appointment which was approximately 5 weeks out. Understandable, Covid issues I’m sure. Somehow lost the paper that had the date and the time of my sons appointment (duh on my part) so I called the office to ask when the appointment was for approximately two weeks ago. Left a message and never received a call back. I have literally called every single day since, leaving messages every single day for them to please call me back because I did not know when my sons appointment was and I did not want to miss it. I have yet to be called back. In the last week I have tried calling multiple times a day, every single day. (Total stage 5 clinger). I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my messages! I understand that people are probably understaffed right now, but patient care is important and to not have a return phone call after two weeks I feel is over and beyond ridiculous! I had to spend most of my morning trying to get a new referral from Kaiser for a different doctor which is super frustrating. Yes I realize that once I made the appointment it was my responsibility to not lose that information but I did because I’m human and pulled in several different directions being in the medical field myself and being a mother and planning my daughters wedding. I feel bad for leaving a bad review but in all honesty, it’s ridiculous to have a doctors office not return your call after two weeks in my opinion.

This doctor should not be practicing. My appointment literally lasted 4 minutes. The doctor misdiagnosed my condition because he did not spend the time examining me. In those 4 minutes I felt the doctor was in a rush to get out of the exam room. When I left I was pressured to buy shoe inserts that I found everywhere else for half the price.
