Dr. Sandra Bohnstengel, took care of my mom until we had to change doctor because of Candler Source in which we had to find another doctor, my mom was very upset because she loved Dr. Sandra cause she cared about her patience's. When I finally got insurance I called to see if I can get her as my doctor and when I mention my mom's name to see if she remember my mom, she did. When you go in to see her she embrace you with so much love and warmth, after years of not taking my mom to her I founded out that she has not changed still loving and caring when she come to walk you to her office herself. My mother passed but I know she is smiling down knowing that I am with her favorite doctor and she have not changed. I have never meet a doctor who listen, cry with you, pray for you, so encouraging. She make sure you are healthy and taken care of under her practice. Thank you Dr. B for being more than just my doctor.

All was good the first few months I seen her. Went in for regular appt. All was good, I thought. I then got a letter in the mail saying I failed my drug test n she was dropping me. I tried to call n explain why, wouldn't talk to me or take my calls. 2 days before my appt, I was told by my oldest sons doctors that he was terminal n gonna die in a couple months top. I lost my mind! Was given a nerve pill to calm me. At a time like that, I wasn't thinking about anything but my son. She's blacklisted me since!

Never had a bad experience here. The office staff as well as Dr. B are all caring and friendly. Dr. B is the only Dr I have ever went to that schedules her appointments correctly! There is never a wait and if there is its because we arrived a little early and we still don't wait more than 5 mins... Dr. B is a wonderful Dr. My husband is her patient and we're Really Happy with her!

A few years ago, I tried to use her. It was a bad experience. Seems you had to give them a urine sample to check for drug abuse or something. I’m a dialysis patient and at that time, I was doing peritoneal dialysis at home and could barely produce urine, let alone on demand. Then, they call me and said it was ok for them to just swab my mouth. So, I went back and they hand me a cup again. By then, I. Upset and embarrassed. The Dr runs in the room and basically starts jumping down my throat. She was very rude and unprofessional. I left and would not return. Such a bad experience, it haunts me to this day!

All you have to do is pass the pee test then ask her for whatever you want. If you want pain pills just ask and she'll write it for you or if you need some benos she's awesome at handing out big scripts! If you're looking to score she's the doc to go to. First time seeing her walked in, peed in cup, then spoke with her and asked for some Roxicodone and Xanax and she hooked me up with a big script 🙂 She's cool if you smoke weed too she told me that lol we had a good laugh. 15 mins there and within an hour I had me 90 bars and 90 30s yum 🙂 Oh and that's a two week script too! So double that for a month 😉

Tried scheduling a new patient appointment and was told by first office representative to hang up and confirm that Dr Bohnstengal was in my insurance network. Confirmed she was and called back the second time. Now I was told I had to fax insurance card and ID after already confirming she accepted my insurance before they'd make an appointment. Did that on a Thursday called back Friday... was told to call back that Monday because she was alone in the office. Called Monday. No answer. Left message. Nothing. Called today. They have no call record or fax with my name. Nope. You lost my potential business. Waste of time

Dr. Bohnstengels one of the most comprehensive physicians I've ever worked with. The office is small and with a small staff but they remember your name and treat me well every time I come in.
