After over ten years as a patient, I still find Dr. Nasir to give the BEST patient care! With her encouragement and overview, I have lost 85 pounds and am in the best condition of my life!! I highly recommend her (and have!) to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate, warm and personable doctor!

We, my wife and I, have been patients of Dr. Shazia Nasir for many years and have always found her, her ARNP's, and her entire staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and caring. My health is precarious and Dr. Nasir makes herself available to me when needful, and I feel that without the level of care I have received from her, I would either be in a nursing facility, or maybe worse. We have recommended her to several friends and family members, and they also have been happy with the care they have received. Her office is very well run, the waits are always short. We are grateful to have such a wonderful doctor right here in Clermont.

The people at this doctors office are some of the most inconsiderate on passionate unhelpful and incompetent people that I have dealt with down here in Florida. Just because you have insurance they want to charge multiple times for things that should be done all at once. When you try to schedule a referral they get it wrong two and three times in a row even when you bring up the fact that what they are doing is wrong, they will get short with you and tell you how they are correct then when you get to the specialist they tell you that they cannot perform the procedure because this doctor office sent over the wrong referral. Then when you go back to them they call you a liar and tell you that you never told them that it was the wrong referral. I don’t know how this office can even be in business. I would caution anyone making appointment here, If you don’t want to be in tears and super frustrated then find a different doctors office. Hopefully this will help somebody to not have to go through what I’ve gone through for the past two months. Being a cancer survivor you just want doctors to do their jobs correctly. You would think they would know the difference between a mammogram and breast imaging but obviously not.

I went back and forth with this doctors office for 3 months about the same insurance authorization. Dr Nasir personally apologized to me for this being there fault, and she told me that they would take care of it. I called a few times to see if it had been taken care of. Everytime I called they'd say its almost done, they just have to send it in. They assured me it would be taken care of. It was a simple authorization. Another month goes by and they still hadn't taken care of it. Jen and Angela in the office should be fired. I think they make stuff harder and more confusing to the customer, so they can do less. They work with insurance companies everyday, they cant be that ignorant. This office is a joke. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review for any business, my aim is not to hurt anyones business, but people deserve to be warned about this place.

Last week I called to set up an appointment as a new patient for husband and myself. I was greeted with a receptionist on the phone with a major attitude when requesting a new patient appointment. I was asked what insurance I had and when I gave her the insurance information, She then proceeded with the attitude regarding how she will have to submit my insurance information to the billing office and have them call me back regarding whether or not they accept my insurance. She never gave me a chance to explain I got their information through our insurance website. Since moving to Florida I have experienced my fair share of rude people in the medical field. As someone who has been in the medical field for over 10 yrs, I would like to treat my patients the way I would like to be treated with the upmost respect.

Hardly ever see the doctor but when I need to I do not expect to be treated as a new patient when I have been with them for over seven years. Could not even be seen when I was ill since there were no "new patient" appointments. I really like Dr. Nasir but getting through her unhelpful staff is just not worth the hassle anymore.

I do understand that emergency visits are a little more time consuming and I had a bad experience just that one time. My concerns was addressed and I can say that I am very happy with my doctor and the staff.
My visit today was awesome!

If I could give zero stars I would. My parents are visiting from Florida and very sick, I have taken them to hospital and trying to reach there primary to follow up, there has been no answer and no call back at this point, this is absolutely no way to be a primary for elderly patients
