This office is a complete joke.
I went in for an appointment in 2017. I am getting a bill dated for 12-16-2025. I called the office wondering why I’d get a bill since I haven’t been there in YEARS (and once at that). I kid you not, the lady I talked to said “we have been trying to send it to you, but it got stuck in the mail. You know how the mail systems are.”… no, ma’am. I do not. And honestly doesn’t even make sense since the actual paper work has the date of Dec 2024. But I digress, I asked for an itemized bill and of course, they couldn’t give me one because “[their] systems have changed” but she told me I should call BCBS. Frankly, if you’re going to charge someone randomly for a bill YOU should at least know why or what the bill was for especially since you recently billed me.
Honestly too, I never went back to her because she isn’t a nice person and the bedside manner left a lot to be desired. She was practically rushing me out and the office was empty.

Dr. Siruvella and the nurse should take a few courses on bedside manner, empathy, and listening. They would rather talk over their patients instead of listening and actually helping. Also, the wait time is horrible, almost 2 hours to be seen, and then another hour once you are in the room.

Dr. Siruvella is exactly what I needed as a Doctor she listens and she doesn't make a decision until she checks records from hospital ect. She has very attentive.some may think she's rude but I believe she just honest and straightforward and if you want her to help you you have to listen And as far as I know she tell you full responsibility for her actions she's been 100 for me.

I only gave her one star cause it made me rate. Other than that she would haven’t gotten nothing. This is the worst Doctor ever. She bias, she judge mental. A refuses to speak with patients in room when they mess up on their end. She violated my HIPPA rights! I came for an appointment a the front desk girl communicated information wrong. The Doctor came in the room with an attitude yelling. She does not know how to talk to people. You a PCP but don’t wanna do what I’m your scope of practice. I will be contact so higher, while she got used IV bags sitting in the room with patients she nasty and not clean. Never gain will I come to her office!

The doctor herself was very kind, she listened to all my concerns very well and showed me all the options the office could do for me. I was there for about 3 hours, which I thought was unusual for the amount of time I even used to talk to any of the professionals. Maybe I just went on a busy day. Both times I had to talk to the woman in front to check in and hand in new patient paperwork, I had to initiate conversation with her first for her to even look up from her paperwork at me, which was a little off-putting for it being my first visit. But I will continue to go because the doctor is great!

Dr. Siruvella is great! Super smart, and thorough. After being seen as a one time patient, for an urgent situation, I begged her to take me on as a regular patient. She is miles ahead of any other PCP I've dealt with in this town. Bonus, wait times in the office are always very brief.

I had heard some good things this doctor. I had high hopes to establish my care and the care of my family with this practice but now that we’ve had a first visit I am truly disappointed. I couldn’t believe the arrogance and rudeness of this Dr. I can honestly say it was a waste of time and money coming to her for medical care!
