This doctors office has changed my medication for diabetes without discussing it with me. When I called and asked about it, the secretary was nasty about it and refused to discuss it. Fast forward 2 months and when calling to have my life saving medication refilled, they demanded I come in, only to say if I didn't pay them 80 dollars in copay they would not refill my medication. I am seeking legal council and a new primary care doctor. Stay away unless you like to be raked over the coals and treated like a paycheck instead of a patient.

didnt feel like I got treated good at this drs. office at all. when id walk in the door i heard the girls at the front desk talking about me and the dr. didnt know how to deal with my pain and conditions i have, said I was to needy and when he went out of town for days dr. didnt make sure the patient had refills and patient was told that his patients did not need to know when he was going to be out of town for days. and so i was left for 3 days without my medicine and it caused me anxiety ,pain ,loss of income due to not having my medicines ive been on for many years. then when i went Monday to see him and get my refills gave me hardly any of the medicines that ive always taken and said im to needy and he said I need to find another Dr. then when i was walking out of the Drs. office the front desk area girls talking about me again. So if you want a Dr. that actually examines you and has empathy a bed side manner you might want to try a different dr.

We love Dr. Theis! I've been his patient & a fan of his for almost a year now. I finally found him after 3 different Primary Care Physicians, just in the past 3 years since we've been living down here in South Georgia. he's even seen my son right after I've had an appointment with him before...I think Draven will be his patient from now on too bc he's already a fan. ha

A great general practitioner. One of the only doctors you can actually get in to see in a timely manner. He sees you when you’re sick, not four days from then👍 The office staff is very helpful and friendly as well!!
