Great PCP been going for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Smith is the best she always call me back when I have questions or concern about my health. The wait time is average for a practice of its size.

If I could give this doctor office a negative zero I would. The receptionist, is one of the most unprofessional individual I have ever heard. I called repeatedly thinking the front office would change, it didn't. I made the decision not to even go to this doctor, simply because of the unprofessionalism. Even when I expressed that I was thinking about switching because of the unprofessionalism, the response, "ok". I will take my money and business elsewhere.

I am here to leave ANOTHER review! As I said before the professionalism here sucks along with their wait times!! I have tried calling twice to get an appointment and the receptionist always says “They are not here, can I have them call you back” this has been twice and I never got a call back. I had my mother to try and call them still no call back from the receptionist or nurses. I am honestly tired of this doctors office and still would not recommend them to anybody as a first, second or third choice! You can never get in touch with somebody especially after they come back from lunch. This is sad and a disgrace to healthcare professionals in the community. This office continues to show they can care less about their patients! Don’t bring your family here.

Front desk is nice but needs training. Was told office accepted my insurance by the insurance company and office staff. All necessary information given over the phone.. Upon arrival and sitting 45 minutes- all previous information told to me changed. They did not accept my insurance. They would not accept cash paying patients and Doctor does not see adults nor was she accepting new patients. Ok....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I try to go with doctors for representation for my child and had I known I was going to wait over 40 minutes and still not get called back, I would have stayed at my previous pediatrician. Then caught an attitude because I asked for my paperwork back, I will shred and do not process anything on my insurance. Don’t ask someone to be 15 minutes early because they are a new patient to ensure their appointment starts on time just for me to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time and keep saying you are next, it’s different doctors. Literally when I came in, everyone that was there had been called back and there were new people and some of them had been called back. Never again. I will find someone else before I deal with a business who does not value my time.

I’m so close to switching my baby’s dr just because of the front desk staff. So unprofessional. No type of training. The one with the dreads needs to be fired. I’m big on names but I didn’t even care to get hers. She was so unprofessional. I’ve been going here since I was a kid every disappointed.

I like the staff here. They are pretty good and friendly. The wait is not too long, they are attentive to my child's needs and operate with urgency when needed. My only recommendation is that they consider separating the adult and pediatric practice. I don't believe adults and young children should be co-mingling in the same waiting room. Have separate waiting rooms or different locations.

I’m a new mom. This is the 1st pediatrics office to answer the phone! I’ve been looking for a pediatrician all week and finally found someone to talk to. Ms Michelle answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with, she answered all of my questions and did not rush me.

This is the experience I look for when dealing with the front desk! I feel comfort in taking my babies for their first appointment here. Thanks for your professionalism and care.
