My wife fractured her knee & ankle Oct of 2019. ER missed her fractures & it took 6 months before she received treatment. 3 botched surgeries later, her ankle was deformed & she was in severe pain. Finally we found Dr.Farley & just under a year from our 1st visit, she finally got her cast off today from Dr Farley's surgery. Her foot looks amazing & she's excited to put this behind her. Dr Farley is, by far, the BEST Foot & Ankle doctor in the South. He's definitely not just a doctor, he's become our family. I was incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Zach Farley to perform my 12th and 13th surgeries on my foot. When I first visited his office, I was seeking an ankle replacement based on diagnoses from two previous doctors. However, after a thorough evaluation, Dr. Farley discovered that I had been given false information and correctly diagnosed me with arthritis in my subtalar joint—not an issue requiring an ankle replacement.

To confirm his findings, Dr. Farley suggested a trial cortisone injection in my subtalar joint to test whether it could alleviate my years of daily pain. The results were nothing short of amazing—by the very next day, my pain was completely gone, and I felt like myself again. While the shot provided temporary relief, it validated Dr. Farley’s diagnosis and gave me the confidence to move forward with two surgeries to permanently address the issue.

Thanks to Dr. Farley’s expertise and precision, along with a few short months of recovery, I am now back to 100% pain-free activities! I cannot thank Dr. Farley and his amazing staff enough for their professionalism, care, and dedication. Doctor Farley is truly one of a kind! He is kind, compassionate, down to earth, and will do everything to get you the best outcome possible. He listens to you and is conservative with treatment but also willing to do what needs to be done. I just finished my second surgery with doctor Farley and his outstanding bedside manner and true caring nature cannot be overstated! The nurses at the hospital even rave about how great he is! I would highly recommend Dr Farley and his staff for any foot and ankle problem. Dr Farley performed bunion surgery on both of my feet, he did an amazing job!! Before having surgery I was in constant pain when walking or standing, since having surgery I am no longer in pain at all!!! I can wear any shoes I want and my feet look and feel good!! I can never say enough about Dr Farley and his staff!!! Thank you!!!

All I can say is that Dr. Farley is the vert best! I have been going to him for over 2 years and he knows his stuff! He does not push you into surgery and explains exactly what is going on. Everyone there is so nice and down to earth. So thankful I found him and would recommend him to anyone!

I've had the BEST experience with Dr. Farley and the his office staff. Dr. Farley has been thorough, answered so many questions, took his time explaining exactly what needed to be done and followed through with great results. He is personable and his staff is friendly, caring and always smiling.

I called Dr. Farley's office for a second opinion on a Monday, I was able to fet an appointment for the next day. Dr. Farley had a consultation with my insurance and made sure I received the care that was needed. After my surgery, his staff called to check in me several times.
