I usually love this dental office and they have been good with my autistic son for cleanings, but for my own cleaning I showed up 8 minutes late for my 8 AM appointment for a cleaning and they wouldn’t take me. I have work, school, a child with special needs and god forbid you rush there to get on time and can’t even get a 30 minute cleaning out of your 40 minute appointment you waited a year for.

I brought my son here since I found the dentist to be very gentle. My son who had a very bad experience with a previous dentist gets treated here and does great. No tears, no panic attacks as he has had with previous dentist!

I had an appointment for a cleaning and exam for this past APRIL. They called me saying they needed to reschedule because the hygienist was sick. The soonest they could reschedule me for was for this month... SIX months for an appointment they were rescheduling. I need this cleaning and exam to get a crown on a tooth that they filled that is practically disintegrating.
Finally coming up to my appointment and they call me to reschedule AGAIN!
Soonest they can get me in, you ask?
JUNE!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Last time I was actually seen there was September of 2023, so it currently has been over a year since I first scheduled this appointment and they now want to push it out another 8 months.
I understand that people get sick but they aren't going to do anything to properly rectify THEIR scheduling issue and prioritize people with whom they've rescheduled multiple times?

I recently went to Dutchman Dental and had a great experience. This was my first visit in several years and when booking my appointment I asked that they make note of my anxiety and tooth sensitivity.

I can't stress enough how relaxed and comfortable my hygienist, Crystal made me feel, and I had zero pain during my visit. Dr. Ramirez was amazing and really listened to my concerns and sent me off with a referral to move forward with the next step in my process.

Every step of my process, from booking my appointment to the day of was smooth and painless and they even allowed me to come back the next day to go over some insurance information and helped me to understand and choose a policy that was best for me. I have never seen such an attentive staff at every level and I know I made the right decision choosing Dutchman Dental!

Clean, professional place. JP is a great dentist, very knowledgeable, direct, and confident. Natalie is awesome, and makes the procedures go smooth and seamless. Modern equipment, modern attitude. Front desk staff is excellent, friendly, engaging, and definitely streamlines the whole process. Very glad I came here.

I cannot recommend Dutchman Dental enough! Every single staff member is so kind and courteous. The environment is so relaxed and takes all the anxiety out of dentist appointments.

Added bonus: they played Taylor Swift during my appointment AND I got special goggles to protect my eyelash extensions.
